上海人工智能企业技术创新生态的优化路径研究
摘要
企业技术创新是新发展阶段我国经济高质量发展关键。技术创新生态是企业技
术创新的重要影响因素。人工智能、集成电路、生物医药是上海产业转型升级中重
点发展的三大战略性新兴产业,人工智能作为一种高新技术,企业技术创新具有特
殊性和复杂性,它对技术创新生态提出了新的要求。因此,深入研究人工智能企业
技术创新与创新生态之间的内在联系,揭示技术创新生态要素对人工智能企业技术
创新行为作用机理,优化企业技术创新生态,对激发人工智能企业技术创新活力,
提升上海人工智能企业核心竞争力具有重要的理论和实践价值。
论文以上海人工智能企业技术创新生态为研究对象,聚焦人工智能企业技术创
新与技术创新生态之间内在逻辑联系,运用技术创新理论、创新生态系统理论,采
用定性和定量相结合的方法,从四个维度展开研究。首先,深入阐释了人工智能企
业、企业技术创新、技术创新生态等核心概念,以技术创新理论、创新生态系统理
论为分析框架,深入分析了人工智能企业技术创新特征,技术创新生态对人工智能
企业技术创新的作用机理,以及人工智能企业技术创新生态要素。其次,运用实证
研究方法,分析了上海人工智能企业技术创新生态环境,揭示了上海人工智能企业
技术创新生态演化逻辑。再次,采用熵值法识别人工智能企业技术创新生态关键因
素,通过多元线性回归方法,揭示了技术创新生态对人工智能企业技术创新的投入
与产出效应,以科大智能企业为典型案例,验证所提出的理论假设。最后,在深入
分析上海人工智能企业技术创新生态制约因素基础上,提出了优化上海人工智能企
业技术创新生态的实践路径和政策建议。
研究获得以下结论:(1)人工智能企业技术创新具有特殊性和复杂性,人工智
能企业技术创新对创新生态提出了新要求,因此传统的创新生态环境难以有效激发
人工智能企业技术创新活力。(2)融资便利程度、知识产权保护力度、技术市场发
展潜力、新基建水平、财政支持力度、创新创业文化以及创新人才数量,是影响人
工智能企业的技术创新投入与产出产生生态的重要要素。(3)优化上海人工智能企
业技术创新生态,需要重构政策支持体系,整合创新资源要素,构建适应人工智能

Research on the optimization path of technological innovation
ecology of artificial intelligence enterprises in Shanghai
ABSTRACT
Enterprise technological innovation is the key to China's high-quality economic
development in the new development stage.Technological innovation ecology is an
important influencing factor of enterprise technological innovation.Artificial intelligence,
integrated circuit and biomedicine are the three strategic emerging industries that focus on
the development of industrial transformation and upgrading in Shanghai.As a high-tech,
artificial intelligence has particularity and complexity in enterprise technological
innovation,which puts forward new requirements for technological innovation ecology.
Therefore,in-depth study of the internal relationship between AI enterprise technological
innovation and innovation ecology,revealing the action mechanism of technological
innovation ecological elements on AI enterprise technological innovation behavior,and
optimizing enterprise technological innovation ecology have important theoretical and
practical value for stimulating the technological innovation vitality of AI enterprises and
improving the core competitiveness of AI enterprises in Shanghai.
Taking the technological innovation ecology of artificial intelligence enterprises in
Shanghai as the research object,this paper focuses on the internal logical relationship
between technological innovation and technological innovation ecology of artificial
intelligence enterprises,uses technological innovation theory and innovation ecosystem
theory,and uses a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to carry out
research from four dimensions.Firstly,it deeply explains the core concepts of artificial
intelligence enterprise,enterprise technological innovation and technological innovation
ecology.Taking technological innovation theory and innovation ecosystem theory as the
analysis framework,it deeply analyzes the characteristics of technological innovation of
artificial intelligence enterprise,the action mechanism of technological innovation ecology
on technological innovation of artificial intelligence enterprise,and the ecological elements
of technological innovation of artificial intelligence enterprise.Secondly,using empirical
research methods,this paper analyzes the technological innovation ecological environment
