摘要
“一带一路”倡议实施，让中国成为老挝最大的外资来源国和最大的贸易伙伴国。
老挝是一个农业国家，农业资源较为丰富，但农业发展水平较低，因此成为中国投资者
的投资目标。随着中国OFDI 对老挝农业投资规模的扩大，投资过程中面临的问题也逐
渐显现，因此对相关议题进行研究具有重要意义。
本文的研究内容主要分为七个部分：第一部分是绪论，包括本文的研究背景、研究
意义、研究方法、研究目的、研究思路、研究内容、创新与不足。第二部分是文献评述，
在比较优势理论、国际生产折衷理论和投资发展周期理论基础上，对国内外关于相关议
题研究的文献进行综述，为本文研究提供理论基础。第三部分是总结和分析“一带一路”
倡议与中国对老挝农业投资的现状，找出中国对老挝农业直接投资存在的问题。第四部
分是影响中国投资老挝农业因素分析，分别从中国经济发展水平、老挝经济发展水平、
基础设施、农业资源禀赋、人力资源水平以及优惠政策六个方面对影响中国投资老挝农
业因素进行定性分析。第五部分是中国对外直接投资对老挝农业发展效应的实证分析，
通过运用多元线性回归模型对相关因变量、自变量和控制变量进行回归分析，研究各自
变量和控制变量对因变量的影响方向和影响程度。第六部分是老挝吸收中国OFDI 在农
业投资方面对策建议，从老挝政府和中国投资企业两方面分别提出相关政策建议。第七
部分是结论及展望，对全文研究进行总结的同时，对未来相关议题研究趋势进行展望。
通过构建多元线性回归模型对一带一路背景下中国OFDI 对老挝农业发展影响进行
实证分析后发现，中国OFDI 对老挝农业增加值有正向影响，并且影响效果显著，中国
OFDI 每增长1%，可引起老挝农业增加值增长0.0047%。因此，老挝应加强与中国在农
业领域的投资与合作，不断优化国内农业投资环境，为吸收中国投资提供政策支持和法
律保障，从而确保老挝农业健康、稳定发展。

ABSTRACT
With the continuous optimization of China-Laos political relations,the economic and
trade relations between China and Laos have steadily improved.The implementation and
development of the Belt and Road Initiative has made China the largest trading partner of
Laos and the largest source of foreign capital.Laos is an agricultural country with rich
agricultural resource endowments,but the level of agricultural development is relatively low,
making it an investment target for Chinese investors.With the expansion of China's OFDI's
agricultural investment in Laos,the problems faced in the investment process have gradually
emerged.Therefore,research on related topics is of great significance.
The research content of this article is mainly divided into seven parts:The first part is the
introduction,which mainly includes the research background,research significance,research
methods,research goals,research ideas,research content,innovation and shortcomings of this
article,and grasp the overall framework of this article.The second part is a review of related
theories and literature review.Based on comparative advantage theory,international
production compromise theory,and investment development cycle theory,it reviews the
literature on related topics at home and abroad to provide a theoretical basis for this study.
The third part is the Belt and Road Initiative and the current situation of China's
agricultural investment in Laos.Based on the current situation of Lao agricultural
development,it analyzes the current situation of China's agricultural investment in Laos and
finds out the problems of China's direct agricultural investment in Laos.The fourth part is the
analysis of factors that affect Chinese investment in Laos agriculture.It analyzes qualitatively
the factors that affect China’s investment in Laos agriculture from six aspects:China’s
economic development level,Laos economic development level,infrastructure,agricultural
resource endowment,human resource level and preferential policies..The fifth part is an
empirical analysis of the effect of China’s foreign direct investment on the agricultural
development of Laos.Through the use of multiple linear regression models to perform
regression analysis on the dependent variables,independent variables and control variables,
the research on the direction and direction of the respective variables and control variables on
the dependent variables influence level.Chapter 6is about the strategies and suggestions of

Laos's absorption of Chinese OFDI in agricultural investment.It puts forward relevant policy
suggestions from the Lao government and Chinese investment enterprises.The seventh part is
conclusions and prospects.While summarizing the full text research,it also looks forward to
the future research trends of related topics.
By constructing a multiple linear regression model to conduct an empirical analysis of
the impact of China’s OFDI on the agricultural development of Laos in the context of the Belt
and Road Initiative,it is found that China’s OFDI has a positive impact on Lao’s agricultural
value added,and the effect is significant.Every 1%increase in China’s OFDI can cause The
added value of agriculture in Laos increased by 0.0047%.Therefore,Laos should strengthen
investment and cooperation with China in the agricultural field,continuously optimize the
domestic agricultural investment environment,and provide policy support and legal
protection for absorbing Chinese investment,so as to ensure the healthy and stable
development of Lao agriculture.
