摘要：随着我国经济的发展和国内旅游的蓬勃发展,以满足大众化消费需求为宗旨的经济型酒店已成为近几年来中国酒店业发展的热点领域，连锁化经营模式以其优势的规模效益更是成为经济型酒店发展所选择的最主要的一种经营模式。目前我国经济型连锁酒店发展迅速，已多达几十家，其中如家酒店更是凭借其良好的经营业绩成为经济型连锁酒店的领头羊。本文以如家连锁酒店为研究对象，阐述了相关概念，分析了经济型连锁酒店的发展现状和存在问题，旨在通过借鉴如家酒店的连锁经营经验，为我国经济型酒店业的发展提供启示。

Abstract：As the development of Chinas economic and vigorous development of domestic tourism, to meet the demand of popular consumption, economical hotel has become the hot area of Chinas hotel industry in recent years .Chain-store management has become one of most chief management model by its size effective advantages. At present the rapid development of the economic chain hotel, has as many as dozens, Home Inns relying on its good economic performance to become the leader of the chain hotel.With the help of enlightenment stirred by Home Inns, this paper expanded on the related concept ,analysis the present condition of the management and existed problems to reflect the chain-store management of economical hotel industry.
