I 摘要 自改革开放以后,市场化进程不断推进,国民经济中的旅游产业比重也在逐 渐加大,地位和作用也日益增强。旅游业的灵魂不仅是文化的展示,旅游也是传 承文化的一种重要形式。旅游行业虽然在大部分人看来,其经济效益更为突出, 但同时它也是一项重要的社会事业。特别是在生态环保基础上的旅游业,既能为 人们提供一个休闲娱乐的场所,又同时能保证环保工作的顺利开展,对人和自然 的和谐发展具有相当重要的意义。本文所研究的茂县九鼎山半山民宿旅游建设项 目,虽然有着良好的自然条件和人文特色,但基础设施比较落后,使得高端产品 特别是其中的高端休闲度假产品相较其他旅游区而言有所欠缺。 本文通过对茂县九鼎山半山民宿旅游建设项目的背景情况、客源市场、规划 设计以及效益风险评价等方面进行深入了解分析可得出茂县九鼎山半山民宿旅游 建设项目开发的必要性和可行性,并通过分析提出具体的解决对策构想和可行性 方案。第一章是总论主要介绍了本项目的背景与意义,以及国内外研究动态。第 二章讲了旅游开发项目可行性概论,提供了具体的理论基础。第三章讲茂县九鼎 山半山民宿旅游建设项目概况,介绍了了具体的背景资料。第四章讲客源市场分 析,通过此分析为后续的发展奠定了理论基础以及竞争优势,当然,客源市场可 以说是整个环节中最重要的一项,没有客源,再多的方案也是白费心思。虽然我 们这个项目也是社会事业,但社会事业也同时需要经济作为支撑才能更好的发展 下去,何况,开展此项目的最主要目的是为了更好的建成全面小康的宏伟目标, 所以客源市场是必不可少的研究对象。第五章讲规划设计方案,也就是具体的实 施细则,提前做好准备,其中包括了整个项目的选址、大小、基础设施、人员安 排等各种方案。这里需要注意的是,国家对生态环境高度重视,虽然最主要是为 了推动茂县经济的发展从而带动周边地区,但是如果与国家可持续发展战略相违 背,再好的建设项目也只能毁于一旦。第六章讲项目总投资估算及财务评价,为 需要的资金投入做好充分的准备。第七章是结论,也就是根据前面所有的研究分 析得出最终是否能建设的结论。 通过可行性分析,本文得出结论认为,茂县九鼎山半山民宿旅游建设项目是 可行的,此项目不仅能推动当地经济的发展,还能提高第三产业在当地的比重值, 有利于全面建成小康的目标早日实现,对于促进就业也具有推进作用,从而实现 贫富差距的缩小。并且。茂县九鼎山半山民宿旅游建设项目的开发除了经济效益 外,对于当地的生态环境的保护也会更加重视,在响应国家十三五规划中对于生摘要 II 态保护的号召下,努力打造绿色循环可持续的产业链,对于整个茂县的意义可以 说是极为积极的。 关键词,茂县,旅游项目,经济,社会事业ABSTRACT III ABSTRACT Since the reform and opening to the outside world, the marketization process has been continuously promoted, the proportion of tourism industry in the national economy has been gradually increased, and the status and role of the tourism industry have also been increasing day by day. Especially on the basis of ecological environmental protection, tourism can not only provide people with a place for leisure and entertainment, but also ensure the smooth development of environmental protection work, which is of great significance to the harmonious development of man and nature. Jiuding Mountain in Maoxian County studied in this paper Although there are good natural conditions and humanistic characteristics in the tourism construction project, the infrastructure is relatively backward, which makes the high-end products, especially the high-end leisure vacation products, lack compared with other tourist areas. Based on the background of tourism construction projects in Jiuding Mountain, Maoxian County, this paper analyzes the tourist source market.
