能源对人类经济社会的影响越来越显著,在实现工业化过程中,伴随着能 源的使用,人类对矿产资源的消耗也大幅度增加,但矿产资源是有限的,是不 可再生的。铅作为矿产资源的最重要组成部分,对于铅资源的循环和再生使用 在世界工业中的重要性越来越显著,再生铅产业已经成为世界铅王业可持续发 展的重要组成部分,世界发达国家对再生错的回收都十分重视。在中国,我国 的年消耗铅达百万吨级,但同时,非系统的回收巧用tu及小规模的非规范化生 产我国的再生铅转换率并不高,同时利用率越低,生产的成本也越高,对环境 的污染也越高。在可持续发展的经济道路上,如何规范回收利用再生铅,W及 如何将回收的再生铅进行产业化的再生产对我国再生金属行业有着极其重要的 意义。 本文在了解国内外再生铅行业的废铅电池回收利用和再生产现状W后,立 足于整个中国再生铅行业,W湖南某化电有限公司再生产产业化为例,通过对 公司投资废错电池再生产产业化项目进行可行性分析,分析了该公司投资废铅 再生产产业化项目的市场可行性和经济可行性等,通过项目投资估算及可能财 务效益分析等对项目投资进行了投资估算分析,并通过对公司投资该项目可能 存在的风险及风险可控性等进行了一个较为全面的投资和收益分析。从而得出 该公司废铅电池再生产产业化的项目可行的结论。最后,在此基础上,归纳总 结了国家应该如何鼓励和支持再生铅企业的发展,W及在这种机遇之下,再生 铅相关的企业应该如何利用当下的机遏来提升自我竞争力及更好地促进再生 铅行业的发展。 关键词:废旧铅蓄电池;再生铅;产业化;可行性研究 II 专业硕±学位报告 Abstract Theimpactofe打ergyonhumaneconomicsocietyisincreasinglysigni打cant, intheprocessofindustrialization,theconsumptionofmineralresourceshas increasedsignificantlyalongwiththeuseofenergy,however,mineralresourcesare finite,nonrenewable.Sotherecycleandrenewableusingofleadbecomesmoreand moreimportantintheworld,si打dustry,secondaryleadindustryhasbecomean importantpartoftheworld,ssustai打ableindustrialdevelopment,thedeveloped countrieshaveattachedgreatomportancetotherecoveryofsecondarylead.In China,China’sannualconsumptionofleadismegato打,especiallytheleadacid batteryi打dus化y,therefore,ourmai打rawmaterialsofthesecondaryleadproduction‘ isalsofromleadacidbatteries.Meanwhile,duetothenon-sys化mrecyclingand smaU-scaleofnon-standardizedproduction,theconversionrateofsecondarylead isnothigh,whilethelowerutilization,thehighertheproductioncostsandthe higherthepollutionoftheenvironment.Ontheroadtosustai打abledevelopmentof theeconomy,howtoregulatetherecyclingofsecondarylead,andhowto i打dustrializationthereproductionofrecyclesecondaryleadhasaveryimportant significance化China’srenewablemetali打dustry.
