摘要
为提高河南GS发展有限责任公司(以下简称公司)基础管理水平,建立科学
的现代管理制度,充分调动员工的积极性和创造性,使员工紧紧围绕公司的发展
目标,高效地完成工作任务,根据公司目前的实际情况,特制有效的基层员工绩
效考核体系对公司的发展意义重大
首先明确的是河南GS发展有限责任公司基层员工绩效考核研究背景,然后根
据公司基层员工绩效考核研究具体情况和基本思路,充分分析河南GS发展有限责
任公司基层员工绩效考核现状并结合公司基层员工绩效考核研究目的和意义进行
深入分析;然后,绩效考核管理相关理论研究,主要介绍了公司基层员工绩效考
核中采用的基本理论,激励机制以及完善的工作体系。结合完善的公司基层员工
绩效考核理论和问题进行分析;接下来,主要是对公司的绩效考核机制设定的现
状进行研究,明确公司的基本情况,考核现状等,针对公司绩效考核过程中存在
的一系列问题进行充分分析;之后,河南GS发展有限责任公司基层员工绩效考核
体系的构建,公司基层员工绩效考核需要的基本原则,保证目标导向、客观实用、

先进企业绩效管理进行研究与借鉴的基础上,对绩效管理体系进行全面研究,旨

ABSTRACT
In order to improve the development of Henan GS limited liability company
(hereinafter referred to as the company) the basic management level, establish a
scientific modern management system, fully mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity of
employees, so that employees around the company's development goals, efficient
completion of tasks, according to the actual situation at present, the special staff and
effective performance appraisal system of major on the significance of the development
of the company.
