摘要
一汽解放汽车有限公司核心竞争力培育对策研究
2001 年,中国加入世界经贸组织(WTO),诸多行业面临着国际竞争对手的
直接竞争,商用车行业也面临着相同的压力,如何在市场转型当中生存并保持
竞争优势,是每一个商用车企业面临的课题。一汽解放汽车有限公司也面临同
样的考验。核心竞争力是保持市场竞争优势不可或缺的因素,本文以中国商用
车市场的竞争形势变化为研究背景,运用战略管理理论和核心竞争力理论,采
取文献分析法和案例分析法,系统分析了一汽解放汽车有限公司核心竞争力目
前存在的问题和问题出现的原因,同时对解放公司核心竞争力培育的内外环境
进行研究,并制定了解放公司核心竞争力的培育对策

在对关于企业核心竞争力的文献进行综述的基础上,运用战略管理理论和
核心竞争力理论,通过对解放公司发展概况和产品、营销服务、制造技术和企
业文化等竞争力现状的研究,查找出目前核心竞争力存在的问题并对产生问题
的原因进行深入分析。同时对解放公司核心竞争力培育所处的外部环境和内部
环境进行分析。包括中国宏观经济发展趋势、商用车市场竞争趋势、交通运输
行业的政策法规、竞争对手的产品规划等外部环境和解放公司自身的组织机构、
研发能力、制造能力、生产能力等内部环境。根据内外环境的分析,运用 SWOT
分析法,对解放公司核心竞争力的培育的机会、威胁、优势和劣势进行了深入
分析

根据解放公司在核心竞争力培育中出现的问题和原因分析,运用战略管理
理论和核心竞争力理论,结合解放公司核心竞争力的内部环境、外部环境及SWOT
分析所得出的结果。有针对性的制定了解放公司核心竞争力培育的对策。针对
产品与市场需求的契合度不高及小毛病过多致使产品在用户使用过程当中出勤
率受影响的问题,制定了细化政策法规和行业对标分析、统筹产品规划、做好II
产品开发项目的全周期管理,开展促进解放产品尤其是主打产品 J6 的长寿命、
可靠性、商品力等工程,重点立项公关,全员改进改善的提升产品竞争力的对
策。针对企业经营成本偏高的问题,制定了强化经营管理能力、强化商品收益
管理、开展全价值链降本增效三个提高企业经营控制水平的对策。针对企业文
化不能引领企业发展的问题,制定了推进企业管理变革、加速信息化建设、优
化人力资源管理机制和加大文化活动力度四个促进企业文化落地的对策。与此
同时,面临日新月异的市场发展变化,制定了整合优势资源和包括强化专属产
品组合、专属服务、专属金融等方面发展、非价格营销及后市场开发和提供满
足客户动态需求的价值链解决方案等方面内容的改善营销服务模式两个提升营
销服务质量的竞争力培育对策

Abstract
Research on Core Competitiveness Cultivation Countermeasure of
FAW Jiefang Co Ltd.
In this paper, China&39;s commercial vehicle market has been affected by the
development of the domestic economy as the research background, The system of
self after joining WTO, facing the foreign giants in the domestic market in the form
of joint venture trucks situation, operation and development situation of competitive
development of domestic commercial vehicle industry and FAW Car Co. Ltd. in the
competition. At the same time, the paper analyzes the current situation of the
development of the core competitiveness.The use of literature analysis and empirical
analysis, analysis of problems and reasons of the core competitiveness of FAW Car
Co. Ltd. in breeding, analysis and decision making of the core competitiveness of the
qualitative and quantitative study of the problems in the cultivation of the liberation
of the company, and to provide theoretical and practical support and reference for
formulating the countermeasure to cultivate the core competitiveness of enterprises
in the future.
The first chapter introduces the background and significance of the topic,
theoretical basis and research methods.
The second chapter introduces the development situation of liberation company,
through the analysis of the competitiveness of products, marketing services,
manufacturing competitiveness of liberation technology competitiveness and
enterprise culture present situation, with that product and market demand is not high,
the enterprise operating costs are high and the enterprise culture can lead to
enterprise development competitiveness in question and the analysis of its
appearance the reason.
The third chapter carries on the analysis to the liberation of the company to
cultivate the core competitiveness of economic environment, policy environment,IV
industry environment, external environment and organizational structure, business
strategy, research and development capabilities within the environment, and through
the SWOT analysis method, analysis of the liberation of the company core
competitiveness of opportunities and challenges, long and short board.
The fourth chapter in the first 3 chapters on the basis of analysis of problems
and causes in cultivating core competence according to the liberation of the
