摘要
PL 资产管理有限公司 2010 年成立于杭州西湖区 EAC，于 2016 年搬至杭州
江干区 CBD。经过 6 年的努力发展，PL 公司的业务也由最初单一的代销管理演
变为以代销管理、产品研发和互联网金融为体系的多元化资产管理公司。但
是，由于公司多元化进程过快，业务协同程度不高，回报周期过长，不能短时
间满足技术需求，专业人才缺乏，严重阻碍了 PL 公司的发展。在这个充满机遇
与挑战的竞争环境下，选择一套适合自己的多元化发展模式，并保证有效实
施，是公司保持核心竞争力、持续健康发展的关键，也是本论文研究意义所
在

本文以 PL 资产管理公司为例，通过多元化发展的相关理论，分析国内外企
业多元化发展现状，对 PL 资产管理公司的多元化经营战略进行详细的研究。首
先，通过对企业高层深入的访谈，对 PL 资产的多元化经营现状及所存在的问题
进行探讨；其次，基于SWOT分析法从公司外部环境和内部条件分析了PL资产
管理公司的优势、劣势、机会和威胁，确认本企业整体仍应多元化经营，但需
要调整发展方向为“归核化战略”；然后，在归核化战略的基础上，利用波士
顿矩阵模型对公司原有的各个板块进行分析，为各板块的发展做出正确调整；
最后，结合本文的战略发展内容提出了 PL 公司多元化经营管理的主要措施

本文的研究不仅有助于 PL 公司健康、有序的多元化经营，也给其他类似的
综合类资产管理企业在多元化经营的战略选择上提供借鉴

Abstract
PL Asset Management Co., Ltd. was founded in 2010 Located at EAC in
Hangzhou West Lake District, and moved to CBD in Jianggan District in 2016. After
6 years of hard development, company&39;s business also the initial wealth management
evolved into wealth management, product research and Internet finance for the system
of the diversified assets management company. However, with the acceleration of the
diversification process, the degree of collaboration is not high, the return cycle is too
long, cannot meet the technical needs of a short time, lack of professionals, etc.,
seriously hampered the development of PL. Under the competitive environment of the
opportunity and challenges, how to develop a suitable and effective implementation of
the strategy of diversifying mode of the company development, is the company&39;s key
to remain competitive and sustainable development, and the significance of this paper.
Based PL assets as the research object, through the study of diversification
management theory and reference on relevant research literature at home and abroad,
PL Assets diversification strategy are analyzed in detail. First of all, through in-depth
interviews, the current situation of the diversification of PL assets and the existing
problems are discussed. Secondly, the analysis method of SWOT from the company&39;s
external environment and internal conditions of PL Asset Management as strengths，
weaknesses，opportunities and threats based on the confirmation of the whole
enterprise should be diversified, but need to adjust the development direction of the
refocusing strategy; Then, based on refocusing strategy, on each plate were analyzed
by using the original Boston matrix model, make the correct adjustment for the
development of the sector; the most, with the content of strategic development and
puts forward the main measures of diversification management of PL company.
This study not only contributes to the diversification of PL assets, but also
provides a reference for other similar financial enterprises in the strategic choice of
diversification.
