当前,中国已进入“经济新常态”时代,GDP 增速不断下行、产能过剩加速,
企业面临战略的全新转型。面对“经济新常态”这样的新形势,企业多元化也出
现全新挑战。继续坚持多元化经营的企业如何才能在激烈的市场竞争中更好前行,
值得我们探索!
本文通过对国内外相关学者的理论研究进行梳理,综合利用管理学、经济学
等各学科理论知识,通过问卷调研、文献理论研究等方法,以南昌航天科技集团
多元化经营策略作为研究对象,在总结南昌航天科技集团多元化经营策略影响因
素的基础上,通过因子分析建立了南昌航天科技集团公司多元化经营的评价指标
体系,并结合实际情况,提出了改善南昌航天科技集团多元化经营的对策与建议

ABSTRACT
In the process of reform and opening up in the past 30 years, Chinese enterprises
have many successful models in many fields.
At present, China has entered the new economic norm, GDP growth continued
downward, excess capacity to accelerate the transformation of enterprises facing a
new strategy. In the face of the new situation of the new economy, such as the new
situation, corporate diversification has emerged a new challenge: to continue to
adhere to the diversification of enterprises, how to better in the fierce competition in
the market.
This paper analyzes the theory of domestic and foreign scholars, the
comprehensive utilization of management science and economics and other
disciplines of theoretical knowledge, using the method of questionnaire investigation,
literature research, the strategy of diversification of Nanchang Aerospace Science and
technology group as the research object, Nanchang Aerospace Science and
Technology Group in the refining effect of diversification strategy on the basis of
factors through the factor. The analysis establishes the evaluation index system for the
diversification of the Nanchang Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation,
combined with the actual situation, put forward countermeasures and suggestions to
improve the diversification of the Nanchang Aerospace Science and technology
group.
