Study and implementation of lean supply chain logistics management information system in manufacture enterprise ZHANG Chan-jun, YANG Ming-zhong, GUO Shun-sheng (School of Mechatronic Engineering, Wuhan University of Technology, Wuhan 430070, China) Abstract: Be established in lean thinking, system architecture and function organization on lean supply chain logistics management information system in manufacture enterprise were studied based on lean production. According to analyzing the key problems about logistics informa- tion communication port, logistics basic ability balance and logistics storage control in information system organizing, its main function modules were designed instructed by value chain theory. At last, the prototype system was analyzed and validated combine to auto part manufacture enterprise.
