基于此,论文首先从薪酬内涵、薪酬激励理论、薪酬影响因素、中层管理人员特征
等方面对现有文献进行综述;其次,在分析SYZ公司基本情况、公司中层管理人员现状
的基础上,剖析了中层管理人员薪酬激励的现状,并提出了薪酬体系中存在的问题;然
后,通过岗位评价,对中层管理人员薪酬水平进行定位分析,主要利用平衡积分卡,将
中层管理人员工作业绩、工作能力、工作态度与绩效薪酬匹配,并分别确定业务部门和
职能部门中层管理人员的薪酬水平;最后,从组织机构设计、中层管理人员薪酬制度建
设、相关制度建设三个方面提出保障中层管理人员薪酬体系优化方案顺利实施的措施
论文通过优化SYZ公司中层管理人员薪酬体系,一方面提升了公司对中层管理人员
的激励效果,为其他企业优化管理人员薪酬体系提供参考;另一方面补充完善了薪酬激
励理论,具有重要的实践和理论意义

Withtherapiddevelopmentofeconomicglobalization,ourcountryhasbecomethe
world'sbiggestproducerandexporterofzipperindustry.And,thezipperindustryhas
accumulatedalotoftechnology,personnel,etc.But,thezipperproductsaremainly
concentratedinthelow-endmarket.Withthegrowingcompetitionintheindustry,thezipper
manufacturingenterprisesneedtofocusonthecompany'scorecompetitiveness.Especially,
theyshouldpayattentiontosalarymanagement,toretainmoretalentsfortheenterprise.
However,likeotherzipperenterprises,thesalarymanagementofSYZcompanyisvery
differentfrommodernenterprisesalarymanagement,especiallytheenterpriseshavenotpay
muchmoreattentiontomiddlemanagers,andthepoormotivationofsalary,inadequate
performancesystemconstraints.Therefore,howtooptimizetheexistingmiddlemanager
compensationsystem,ithasbecomeanurgentprobleminthedevelopmentofSYZcompany.
Basedonthis,thepaperfirstlysummariestheconnotationofsalary,theoryofsalary
incentive,factorsofinfluencingsalary,featuresofmiddlemanagement,etc.Secondly,with
theanalysisofthepresentsituationoffundamentalstateandthemiddlemanagersofSYZ
company,itanalysesthecurrentsituationofsalaryincentiveofmiddlemanagement.Also,it
putsforwardtheproblemsthatexistinthesalarysystem.Thirdly,throughthepostevaluation,
itcarriesoutthepositioninganalysisofthesalarylevelofmiddlemanagement.And,it
matchesthetheworkperformance,workability,workattitudeandtheperformancesalary.
Then,itconfirmsthethesalarylevelamongthemiddlemanagementofoperatingdepartment
andfunctionaldepartment.Finally,fromtheorganizationdesign,salarysystemconstructionof
middlemanagers,relevantsystemconstruction,itputsforwardthesafeguardofoptimization
schemeofsalarysystemofmiddlemanagement.
TooptimizethesalarysystemofmiddlemanagementofSYZcompany,thispaper
improvestheincentiveeffectofthecompanytomiddlemanagement,whichprovidesa
referenceforotherenterprise.Ontheotherhand,itcomplementsthecompensationincentive
