慈溪第三产业结构中，房地产产业比重较高。在其他服务业中，政府鼓励发展旅游业，并相应出台了一系列鼓励政策，例如成立慈溪市旅游业发展引导资金等

Currently secondary industry is taking the biggest portion of Cixi industry structure. Local government is exert itself on tertiary industry development, which will be very supportive for our project.
The ratio of Cixi’s secondary industry is far beyond Ningbo’s average level, making the government adapting industry structure and encourage tertiary industry development.
Among tertiary industry, Real-estate takes the biggest portion; Local government is endeavoring tourism development and delivered some incentives like tourism development fund.
慈溪市历年游客接待数持续上升，特别是杭州湾跨海大桥通车后的2009年，接待数教2008年一年翻了一番。但是未来2010年世博会没有给慈溪带来预计的客流

慈溪市旅游产业近几年稳步发展，2010年整个旅游产业收入对GDP贡献值在3.5%左右。预计慈溪市的外来游客人数保持相对稳定，不会有突发性增长

慈溪市历年景点门票收入总体保持增长趋势。杭州湾大桥通车当年（2008年），景点门票收入是前一年的三倍，但随后的2年又开始回落

预计慈溪旅游市场不再会受事件性影响，未来游客数保持相对稳定。跨海大桥对杭州湾北部人群的引入作用也不再明显

Cixi tourism industry developed with a a steady pace over these years. Tourism industry income is versus about 3.5% of total GPD in 2010. It is estimated tourists number will remain a stable gradewithout sudden increase.
Tourists to Cixi grow sustainedly these five years. Especially in 2009, the year after Hangzhou Bay bridge opened, Tourists number was doubled. However the effect of 2010 EXOP was not obvious. Scenic Spots income in Cixi also kept a general growth trend. 2008, the year of Hangzhou Bay bridge opened, income was triple of 2007’s. However, it fell back to normal lever in the next 2years. All in all, we estimated Cixi tourism market will not affected by big events and tourists number will keep still. Hangzhou bay will bring limited population from its northern bank.
