摘要
在我国教育信息化发展历程中,资源应用过程的悖论长期存在。一方面是国家对资源
持续不断的大规模投入与建设,一方面是教师和学生对资源尤其是大量的、宝贵的再生资
源及其应用问题的忽视。大量优秀资源流失,没有形成资源的开发、利用、再生、再利用
的良性循环。

沈阳航空职业技术学院课堂实录资源建设研究,主要基于交互式电子白板的课堂实录
资源建设,以课堂教学资源为核心,通过课堂教学资源采集系统,自动生成原生态的课堂
实录初级资源;结合“微博”服务与教师、学生的专业学习,大量衍生出再生资源;再经
过高级服务,如专家点评与教学指导、信息技术工具应用等生成更具蕴含丰富知识,特别
是隐性知识的高级资源,从而形成一种完善的资源信息生态环境。

沈阳航空职业技术学院课堂实录资源建设方案——“教学课堂实录资源微博系统”,
是新课改的全面推进,促进了教学模式的深刻变革;传统的教学观摩、教师培训需要结合
网络信息技术的发展;多媒体教学资源平台的建设,呼唤新的简便化的录\直播技术出现。

多媒体教室由交互式电子白板+课程采集系统+交互式直播系统+教学应用客户端软件四
部分构成的多媒体教室完成课堂实录教学资源的制作,服务于教师、学生和家长的应用系
统与微博结合,构建一个幵放的教学信息化平台。

Abstract
In the development process of education informatization in China, persistence paradox in
the process of the application resource. National resources on the one hand the continued
large-scale investment and construction, is a resource for teachers and students in particular, on
the one hand a lot of neglect, recovery of valuable resource and its application problems. A
large number of excellent resources, without the formation of resource exploitation, use,
recycling, reuse of the virtuous circle.

to class teaching resources for core, by class teaching resources collection system,
automatically generated original ecological of class record primary resources; combination
”micro-Bo service and teachers,and students of professional learning, large derived out
regeneration resources; then after senior service, as expert comments and teaching guide, and
information technology tools application, generated more with contains rich knowledge,
especially hidden knowledge of senior resources, To form a sound ecological environment
resources information.
Shenyang Institute of aviation technology classroom record resource development
programme~teaching memoir resources microblogging system,is pushing for the new
curriculum reform, contributed to the profound changes in the teaching mode of traditional
teaching demonstration of network information technology development, the training needs of
teachers; construction of multimedia teaching resources platform, calling for a new simple \ live
recording of technology appears. Acquisition system of multimedia classroom interactive
whiteboard + course + live + interactive system of multimedia classroom teaching application
client software part four completed classroom record production of teaching resources, teachers,
students and parents service applications system combined with microblogging, building an
open teaching platform.
