旅游目的地游客安全感的影响因素及对策研究

摘要
在旅游实际业务中，许多安全问题是由于游客对旅游企业依赖造成的。旅行
社等相关旅游经营单位作为旅游项目的组织者，自然对旅游全程安全负有不可推
卸的责任，但其所承担的责任也只是一项社会有偿服务。旅游者本人尽量详细了
解旅游目的地的安全状态，将会大大提高旅程的安全性。一旦安全方面出现问题，
影响绝不仅仅限于旅游者个人，也一定会影响到旅游团集体、组团旅游企业甚至
国家政府；所以即便出游时购买了保险，为了万无一失，旅游者还是应该本着对
自己负责的态度关注安全问题。选择自助游方式出游的旅游者，比参加旅行社包
价旅游团的游客更应关注将会影响到其行程安全的诸项要素。然而，影响旅游安
全的各项知识非常多，旅游者不可能面面俱到全面浏览，这就要求游客有选择地
了解一些必要的安全常识。

本文主要对旅游目的地游客安全感的影响或制约因素，以及如何提高旅游目
的地游客安全感的相关对策进行研究。包括以下内容：第 1 章，绪论。阐述选
题背景、问题的提出及研究意义，简要介绍课题研究涉及的主要方法及基本理论，
对课题主要研究内容也作了介绍。第 2 章，国内外研究现状。通过对收集到的
相关文献进行系统整理与分析，回顾了与本课题相关的研究动态与趋势。第 3
章，旅游目的地游客安全感的理论研究。给出了相关概念，分析了旅游目的地游
客安全感受到的制约或影响因素。根据旅游行为理论和心理过程分析原理，探讨
了旅游目的地安全感的游客认知过程、机理或规律。第 4 章，旅游目的地游客
安全感的影响因素。对旅游目的地游客安全感的影响因素进行详细分析。第 5
章，对旅游安全事件影响下的旅游目的地营销策略进行了分析与研究。第 6 章，
给出了提高旅游目的地游客安全感的几点对策与建议。最后是结论与展望。

Abstract
In tourism practice, many of the tourists on the security issues of tourism
enterprises rely too much on is one of the reasons for travel safety problems. Related
