摘 要
国际竞争日益激烈,企业所处的外部环境越来越具有不稳定性和动荡性。这
种不稳定的外部环境对我国的企业,尤其是以出口为主的制造型企业造成了极大
的冲击。其次,中国的制造业由于各种“质量门”事件饱受国际质疑,形象受损。

此外,中国制造由于缺乏创新,技术含量的缺乏为中国制造业贴上了“加工”和
“山寨”的标签。中国的制造业面临严峻的危机。企业要想尽管从危机中恢复并
发展起来,那么就必须做好战略调整,并加强技术创新,以适应动荡的环境,并
建立起自身持久的优势,提高企业绩效。

尽管现有文献对竞争战略对企业绩效的影响研究颇为丰富,但是将技术创新
纳入到模型中并直接研究其中介作用的文献相当缺乏。基于理论分析,本研究在
波特的基本竞争战略分类的基础上,将竞争战略分为低成本战略、差异化战略、
混合战略和无明确战略,比较有无明确竞争战略对企业绩效的影响,并进一步将
技术创新分为渐进性创新和突破性创新,在三种有明确战略定位的竞争类型样本
下,分别检验渐进性创新、突破性创新及基于协同的组合创新在竞争战略对企业
绩效影响路径中的中介作用。本研究采用问卷调查法,借助 SPSS 和 AMOS 软件
对所回收的数据进行相关性分析、单因素方差分析和回归分析等,得到如下结论:
第一,无明确战略定位企业的绩效的显著低于有明确战略定位的企业。第二,低
成本、差异化和混合战略均对企业绩效有显著影响。第三,渐进性创新在低成本
战略对企业绩效的影响中起中介作用。第四,突破性创新在差异化战略对企业绩
效的影响中起中介作用。第五,组合创新在差异化战略和混合战略对企业绩效的
影响路径中起中介作用。第六,低成本战略对突破性创新没有显著影响,且低成
本战略下的突破性创新对企业绩效没有显著影响。第七,部分背景变量对竞争战
略、技术创新和企业绩效有影响。

基于上述研究结论,本文为管理实践提出建议:一是中国的制造型企业应当
明确自身的竞争战略定位,建立起竞争优势。二是根据自身的战略定位,选择合
适的技术创新模式,使技术创新与竞争战略相匹配。

Abstract
In the competitive world, the external environment of the firms have become
increasingly turbulent and unstable. Thereby causing a great impact on China’s
companies, especially the export-oriented manufacturing enterprises. Moreover, as the
result of the frequently occurred quality incidents, China ’s manufacturing industry
meets with disputing. In addition, Chinese goods have been labeled as shoddy
products, owing to the lack of innovation. So, Our manufacturing industry is faced
with a serious crisis. In order to recover from the crisis, the enterprises have to adjust
strategies and emphasize the technological innovation activities, thus being better
adapted to the turbulent environment. Also, it could contribute to long -term
competitive advantages and a higher level of organization performance.
Although a lot of existing researches focus on the influence of comp etitive
strategy on organization performance, few directly study its mediating effects,
especially the mediating role of technological innovation. Based on the theoretical
study, we put competitive strategy, organization performance and technology
innovation into a model to examine its probable role. On the basis of the Porter ’s
basic competitive strategy, in this study competition strategy is divided into low -cost
strategy, differentiation strategy, hybrid strategy and the strategy without a clear
position. And the technological innovation is divided into incremental innovation and
radical innovation. And then, we separately examine the influence of three strategies
with clear positions on the company performance in different sample groups and the
mediating effect of the technological innovation, including the incremental innovation,
the radical innovation and the collaborative innovation based on the combination of
the incremental and the radical innovation. This paper adopts the questionnaire
method, and then uses the SPSS19.0 and AMOS17.0 to do correlation analysis,
ANOVA,and linear regression analysis. And the results are as follows:Firstly, the
company performance of the strategy without a clear position significantly lower than
the ones clearly positioned. Secondly, low-cost strategy, differentiation strategy and
mixed strategy can significantly influence corporate performance. Thirdly,
incremental innovation mediates the influence of low-cost strategy on the company
performance. Forth, radical innovation mediates the influence of the differentiation
