摘要
企业思想政治教育是我国企业工作的传统优势,对我国企业发展
发挥了巨大作用。与此同时,发源于近代西方的企业文化进入我国,
受到广大企业的热捧,掀起了建立各自企业文化的热潮。然而在实践
过程中,企业在思想政治教育与企业文化融合方面存在一些问题,导
致这两方面难以发挥合力作用。因此对当代思想政治教育与企业文化
融合的新路径进行研究具有重要意义。本文在研究两者融合的可行性
与必要性的基础上,探讨思想政治教育与企业文化融合的创新路径。
主要完成以下工作:
1.首先阐述了思想政治教育与企业文化融合的新路径研究背景
和研究目的。其次分析了关于思想政治教育与企业文化内在关系以及
两者融合的学术研究成果。最后提出了本文的写作思路与创新点。
2.从思想政治教育与企业文化融合的必要性、可行性、实效性
来阐述两者融合的理论基础。
3.对当代思想政治教育与企业文化融合问题进行分析,揭示出
存在的以下问题:融合原则不完善;融合内容结构性缺失;载体平台
过于传统,形式单一;融合方式单调,实效性低下。
4.从融合原则、融合内容、融合平台、融合方式等方面提出当
代思想政治教育与企业文化融合的新路径。

ABSTRACT
The enterprise ideological and political education is the work of the
traditional strengths of our enterprises, plays an important role in the
development of China's enterprises. At the same time, from modern
