本文由此提出研究问题,确立研究任务,通过对供应链优化理论的深入分机,总结出基
于供应链系统优化视角的采购管理理论模型;结合c公司所处的行业环境以及企业内部
的情况,以提升供应链整体效益为目标,对公司在采购管理中的供应商选择及评价、采
购过程协同、库存量的控制等方面提出理论依据和实践建议,并总结相关经验,为c公
司及其他存在类似问题的企业在降低采购成本、保证采购物料的质量、降低库存、提高
企业管理水平,进而形成核心竞争力等方面提出参考建议。

Abstract
The importance of supply chain management for enterprise management has been widely
recognized both in the theory circle and in practice field. For the auto industry which is
growing rapidly but is full of intense competition, high efficient procurement with low
resource consumption is the critical condition to achieve the supply chain optimization so as
to forge the core competency. The auto components manufacturer - company C - as a typical
player in the automotive industry is facing with variety of issues in terms of supply chain
management, such as the issue of supplier selection and evaluation, the long and
slowly-moved purchasing process and the confusion of inventory control. This article sets
forth the research questions from the case study of company C, and establishes the research
tasks. Based on the thorough analysis to the supply chain optimization theory, this article
summarizes the theory model of purchasing management with the perspective of supply chain
system optimization; then, with reference to the industry environment and the internal
existing status of company C, this article puts forward the theory basis and viable proposals
from three aspects such as supplier selection and evaluation, procurement process synergy and
stock level control in purpose to improve supply chain efficiency. Then,, the article sums up
relevant experience, and advises solutions for the supply chain management, especially for
automobile company to lower its purchasing costs, to ensure purchasing material quality and
to reduce inventory and finally to improve the management in the enterprise level so as to
create the core competency.
