Abstract
characteristics of the General Management Department, using the balanced scorecard and key
performance indicators to improve the performance appraisal indicators, weight setting, and
appraisal process of employees in the General Management Department of CY Company, a
more applicable performance appraisal scheme is proposed, which improves the shortcomings
of the original performance appraisal and can effectively motivate employees, The role of
improving the overall quality of the enterprise. At the same time,specific safeguard measures
are proposed from the cultural, organizational, and institutional perspectives to ensure that the
performance appraisal work achieves the expected purpose.
This article studies the performanceappraisal of employees in the Comprehensive
Management Department of CY Company, and improves the performance appraisal scheme. It
is hoped that this can further improve the efficiency of the performance appraisal of employees
in the Comprehensive Management Department of CY Company, improve the comprehensive
