西安理工大学工商管理硕士学位论文 questionnaires to identify the problems and analyze them. Again, scientific methods such as job analysis and job value assessment are used to design the broadband compensation system, and the expected effect of the redesigned broadband compensation system and the optimized result are compared. Finally, the corresponding guarantee measures are proposed from three aspects of personnel, organization and system.
