Classified Index:F832.46 U.D.C.: 336.7 Dissertation for the Master Degree of Master of Business Administration A Study on the Marketing Strategy of "Internet of Things + Chattel Pledge Loan" of Bank A Candidate: Yangshuo Su Supervisor: Weichang Duan Speciality: Business Administration School of Management May, 2023 School: Date of Defence: Degree Offering Institution: Guangzhou University 摘要 摘要 “中小微企业贷款难”和“银行难贷款”一直是国内商业银行和中小微企业难 以摆脱的困境。其主因在于,中小微企业普遍缺乏银行认可的抵押担保资产。动产 质押贷款业务作为银行服务中小微企业的创新产品,曾有效缓解了中小微企业融资 难题。然而,近年来商业银行普遍出现动产质押贷款业务规模小且不良率高、市场 开展不顺利等问题,动产质押贷款业务发展缓慢。物联网技术的发展为动产质押贷 款业务带来全新的发展机遇,因此,研究利用物联网技术推动动产质押贷款业务发 展已成行业发展的重要问题之一。 本文以 A银行动产质押贷款业务为主要研究对象。首先,通过文献梳理,可见 国内外动产质押贷款的理论成果丰富,对动产质押贷款的模式和风险问题进行了深 入研究。此外,学术界明确提出物联网技术在动产质押贷款领域的广阔应用前景, 有利于促进动产质押贷款业务的发展。其次,结合市场营销的 4Ps理论,对 A银行 动产质押贷款业务营销进行调研,分析业务营销现存问题,总结 A银行动产质押贷 款现有营销策略上存在四个关键问题,包括产品业务规模小且不良率高、价格竞争 力不足、缺少有效营销渠道、推广策略不协调。最后结合4Ps理论为A银行提出创 新的动产质押贷款模式,即“物联网+动产质押贷款”,并提出相应的营销策略,包 括产品方面,增强基于物联网技术的动产质押监管优势;价格方面,基于物联网技 术进行重新市场定位和个性化定价;渠道方面,基于物联网技术精准营销园区客户、 构建与核心企业的合作模式、打通第三方接入渠道等拓宽获客渠道;推广方面,形 成整体营销并实施上下联动、物联网数字化营销。 本文研究成果可为商业银行推动动产质押贷款业务、创新中小微企业金融服务 方案提供参考。 关键词:商业银行;动产质押贷款;物联网;营销策略 I 广州大学硕士学位论文 ABSTRACT The problem of "enterprises unable to borrow and banks unwilling to lend" has been a persistent issue for commercial banks and Micro-, Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (MSMEs) in China. Chattel mortgage loans have been developed as an innovative product to serve MSMEs, effectively alleviating the financing difficulties of MSMEs.
