中文图书分类号：C931 密 级：公开 UDC：658 学校代码：10016 论文题目：L化工企业员工满意度提升策略研究 论文作者：赵庆镇 学科：工商管理硕士专业学位 指导教师：王红春孙巍 论文提交日期：2023年6月 学位论文 L化工企业员工满意度提升策略研究 Research on the Strategies of Improving Employee Satisfaction in L Chemical Enterprise 指导教师姓名 王红春 孙巍 职称 职称 教授 无 申请学位级别 所属学科 硕士 学位类别工商管理硕士专业学位 工商管理 年 级 2021级 学号 2112510021007 论文答辩时间 2023 年 5 月 答辩委员会主席 王千 职称 教授 摘 要 摘 要 近年来为促进行业健康发展，国家对化工产业政策日益收紧，国内外化工市场也渐 趋饱和，化工行业经营环境恶劣，获利能力遭遇考验。想要良好的生存，化工企业必须 在经营管理中要效益，人才是公司的首要资产，提升人的满意度，才能改善企业的工作 业绩，提升工作质量，凝聚向心力，推动企业健康发展。 本文以 L化工企业为研究对象，通过员工访谈所得信息，运用 SWOT分析法进行 企业员工满意度分析，发现该企业的员工满意度在发展环境、人才选拔、薪酬管理、绩 效管理等方面存在诸多问题。为了更加深入研究 L化工企业员工满意度存在的问题，本 文构建了 L化工企业员工满意度测评指标模型，筛选出工作本身、工作环境、工作回报、 人际关系、企业管理等 5个二级指标和 25个三级指标，运用问卷调查法对员工满意度 进行调查，并对问卷回收的数据进行整理分析，运用模糊综合评价法对员工满意度值进 行计算，对测评结果进行原因分析并识别出关键影响因子。 在 L化工企业员工满意度的测评结果基础上，根据识别出的员工满意度负面影响因 素，本文有针对性的提出了强化企业安全管理、提高工作场所舒适度、改革薪酬管理体 制、注重员工心理健康、完善绩效管理体制等 14个方面的改进策略，以期解决发现的 问题，提高 L化工企业员工满意度。本文对 L化工企业员工满意度所作的研究及结论， 对其他化工企业也有一定的借鉴意义。 关键词：化工企业；员工满意度；模糊综合评价法 I Abstract Abstract In recent years, in order to promote the healthy development of the chemical industry, the state policy on the chemical industry is increasingly tightened, the domestic and foreign chemical market is also gradually saturated, the chemical industry operating environment is poor, the profitability of the test. In order to survive well, a chemical enterprise must make profits in its operation and management. Talents are the primary assets of the company.
