分类号 密级 ： ： 学校代码 学号 ： ： 10426 F021070078 专业硕士学位论文 PROFESSIONAL MASTER DEGREE THESIS 山东钢铁集团财务风险分析 和控制策略研究 作 者 ： ： ： ： 张圣玺 刘伟 指导教师 学科专业 专业代码 研究方向 工商管理 125100 ： 金融与财务管理 2023年 6月 6日 山东钢铁集团财务风险分析和控制策略研究 摘要 目前，由于环保、疫情、战争、企业合并等问题的影响，导致钢铁行业各 企业内外部形势日趋严峻。财务作为钢铁企业重要的经营性和建设性指标，关 系到其未来的发展。但是由于受环境以及企业内部转型升级的影响，钢铁企业 的财务风险问题愈发突出，在复杂的经济改革当中，分析和解决财务风险问题， 至关重要。 本文采用文献资料法、数据分析法、案例分析法，结合财务风险控制相关 理论，以山东钢铁集团有限公司为例，系统的分析其财务风险问题，并给出合 理的对策。首先，对山东钢铁集团有限公司的偿债能力风险、盈利能力风险、 资产营运风险、投资风险和筹资风险以及其他方面风险开展了深入性的分析。 接下来，选择相应的财务指标，将钢铁行业上市公司 2016-2021年的财务数据 作为研究对象，对于财务风险评价体系进行制定，通过相应的方法对数据进行 处理，获得具体的行业风险因子情况，对山东钢铁集团有限公司的因子得分进 行次序的排列，针对所存在的风险进行识别，对于风险的严重程度进行明确， 从而对山东钢铁集团有限公司的财务风险状况进行客观评价。最后，对山东钢 铁集团有限公司所存在的各项财务风险问题，从不同的角度入手，制定出相对 应的财务风险控制方案，避免财务风险进一步的恶化，让山东钢铁集团有限公 司抵御风险的能力获得提升。同时，也为其他钢铁企业财务风险预防机制的建 立和优化提供参考。 关键词：钢铁行业财务风险风险控制因子分析法 RESEARCHON FINANCIAL RISK ANALYSISAND CONTROL STRATEGY OF SHANDONG IRONAND STEEL GROUP ABSTRACT At present, due to the impact of environmental protection, epidemic, war, enterprise merger andother problems, theinternal and external situationof enterprises in the steel industry is becoming increasingly severe.
