进入 21世纪的第二个十年,中国汽车工业进入一个崭新的时代,从过去靠市场
换技术,到目前自主品牌逐渐发展状大,也带动了国内汽车零部件供应链的发展,在
中国汽车产业由增量市场逐步变为存量市场以后,新能源汽车的飞速发展给中国汽车
行业带来了弯道超车的机会。以新能源为代表的电动化、以自动驾驶为代表的智能化
发展,为汽车行业带来了天翻地覆的变化。中国工业 4.0时代,智能制造成为未来的
发展趋势,企业必然面临的选择。基于中国人口红利的逐渐丧失,导致传统流水线生
产效率提升有限,人力成本不断上升使企业利润逐年下降,生产线自动化改造迫在眉
睫。
HS公司摄像头生产线为公司主要的利润产品之一,生产线的自动化改造对于公
司有着非常实际的现实意义。 HS虽然作业国资背景的企业,但管理一直与国际欧美
竞争对手看齐,企业愿景是成为国际化、世界级的汽车电子领军企业。
论文介绍了 HS公司摄像头产线自动化改造的背景,通过分析目前生产线与竞争
对手的差距找出问题,重点对自动化改造方案的制定、供应商定点评估、项目实施等
项目管理过程做理论研究。以项目管理、生产运营管理、财务管理为理论基础,结合
项目管理的实际工作做研究,得出科学的项目管理方法。为 HS公司后续汽车摄像头
生产线自动化改造提供理论依据和实施经验。

ABSTRACT
In the second decade of the 21st century, China's automobile industry has entered a
brand-new era. From the market for technology in the past to the gradual development of
automatic brands, it has also driven the development of domestic auto parts companies. After
China's automobile industry has gradually changed from incremental market to stock market,
The rapid developmentof new energy vehicleshas brought opportunities forChina's
automobile industry to overtake in curves. The electrification represented by new energy and
the intelligent development represented by automatic driving have brought earth shaking
changesto theautomotive industry.Inthe eraofChinese industry4.0,intelligent
manufacturing has become the development trend in the future, and enterprises are bound to
face the choice. Due to the gradual loss of China's demographic dividend and the rising
human cost, the production efficiency of enterprises based on the traditional production line
is limited. The improvement of human cost makes the enterprise profit decline year by year.
The automation transformation of production line is imminent.
The camera production line of HS Company is one of the main profit products in
Shenzhen factory. The transformation of the production line is of great practical significance
toHSCompany.AlthoughHSis anenterprisewithstate-ownedbackground,its
management has always been in line with international European and American competitors,
and its vision is to take Bosch as China's automotive electronics industry as its mission.
This paper introduces the background of the automatic transformation of the camera
production line of HS Company, analyzes the gap between the current production line and its
competitors,and makesatheoretical researchonthe formulationoftheautomatic
transformation scheme, the fixed-point evaluation of suppliers, the implementation of the
project and so on. Combined with the theories of production and operation management,
financial management and project management, and combined with the actual work of
project management, draw scientific conclusions and project practice
