摘要
“智能制造”是“工业 4.0”的主题之一,让生产线具有“智慧制造”属性不仅需
要通过网络串联众多的控制器、传感器,还需要结合物联网技术将数据传输给上层的制
造执行系统(MES),从而提升产线的整体智慧水平。制造执行系统(MES)是生产智
能化全面推进的关键环节。X公司作为一家光伏组件产品生产企业,公司紧跟技术发展,
积极开发光伏组件产品的多样性。同时依托行业自动化技术的发展,公司建成了数条高
度自动化的生产线。但是随着光伏技术的快速发展,企业的生产模式由原来的面向库存
模式转变为面向订单模式,因此企业需要加强生产管理。
本文以 X公司光伏组件生产车间的生产管理问题为研究对象,在分析X公司生产
调度管理现状、存在的问题、及产生问题的原因基础上,导出依靠 MES解决生产调度
管理问题的重要性,然后结合公司对于制造执行系统在生产计划与作业管理、质量管理、
物料管理追溯、设备绩效管理、统计与分析等各方面的功能需求,设计了 MES系统基
本功能构架,详细分析了系统各个功能模块,探讨了 MES系统实施方案及实施保障措
施。希望本文能对相关企业的 MES系统应用有一定参考借鉴作用。

ABSTRACT
ABSTRACT
"Intelligent manufacturing" is one of the themes of "Industry 4.0". To make the production
line have the attribute of "intelligent manufacturing", it not only needs to connect numerous
controllers and sensors through the network, but also needs to combine the Internet of things
technology to transmit data to the upper manufacturing execution system (MES), so as to
improve the overall intelligence level of the production line. Manufacturing execution system
(MES) is a necessary part to promote intelligent development of production.As a photovoltaic
module manufacturer, X keeps up with the development of technology and actively develops
the diversity of photovoltaic module products. At the same time, relying on the development
of industryautomation technology, thecompany has builtseveral highlyautomated
production lines. However, with the rapid development of photovoltaic technology, the
production mode of enterprises has changed from the original inventory-oriented mode to the
order-oriented mode, so enterprises need to strengthen production management.
Taking pv module production workshop of X Company as the research object, this paper
firstly introduces the development history, industrial application and research background of
manufacturing execution system, and then analyzes the production status of company X, finds
and puts forward the problems that need to be solved by MES. Combined with the company's
functional requirements for the manufacturing execution system in production planning and
operation management, quality management, material management traceability, equipment
performance management, statistics and analysis, the basic framework of MES system is
designed, and each functional plate of the system is improved according to the framework, so
as to match the proper hardware and software environment for the system operation. Finally,
the structured system development method combined with the analysis and design steps of
information system is used to complete the design and implementation of MES system, which
has a certain reference for the application of MES system in related enterprises.
