摘要
口腔医疗在各类医疗科室中是最早走向市场,实现商业化的医疗科室。YC
口腔医疗公司在近几年完成了多家口腔门诊的自建及合作,公司同时面临如何对
旗下门诊开展有效管理的问题。作者希望通过对YC口腔医疗面临管理问题的研
究,在为YC口腔医疗公司提供合适管理解决方案建议的同时,为民营口腔门诊
的未来发展提供新的管理思路。
本文通过使用案例分析法,并借助PEST分析工具对研究对象YC口腔医疗
公司进行全方位的研究分析。针对YC口腔医疗公司所处的宏观环境以及公司的
各项特点,结合公司的管理需求,研究总结公司在开展民营口腔门诊管理时面临
的问题。并通过使用SWOT分析对比研究标杆企业对象美国口腔医疗机构的DSO
(DentalServiceOrganizations)管理模式,同时通过对标管理,本文研究发现标
杆企业对象美国DSO管理模式的价值核心是通过“赋能”为组织成员开展服务。
以赋能为核心的管理服务模式,能够满足本文研究对象YC口腔医疗公司的
管理需求,并发挥公司的资源优势,管理优势和信息化优势。因此本文为YC口
腔医疗公司构建了以管理赋能和资源赋能整合目标的赋能管理体系。与此同时连
锁经营管理所具有的将分散单位进行整合的规模化优势,也是YC口腔医疗公司
实现合作门诊管理的必备条件。而由于民营口腔门诊医疗机构的本质也决定了其
经营发展离不开口腔医生的椅旁治疗,因此口腔医生在民营口腔门诊的经营管理
中是决定性的关键资源。通过综合赋能理论,连锁经营理论,以及关键资源理论
的应用,研究标杆企业的核心价值,并结合YC口腔医疗公司的管理实践,最终
形成符合YC口腔医疗公司个性化特点的管理模式建议:构建以“赋能”管理为
核心,连锁经营为基础,关键资源为抓手的民营连锁口腔门诊管理体系。
全文通过理论结合实践的研究,在完成为YC口腔医疗公司提出管理模式建
议研究目标的同时,得出了本文的相关研究结论。结论一:以赋能为核心,平台
化连锁经营管理模式的实质,是平台组织为连锁个体开展管理服务,这是民营口
腔门诊的未来之路。结论二:赋能管理体系的搭建,需要先搭建平台资源和能力,
继而通过管理体系进行资源和能力的赋能下达,并依托信息化系统建立赋能的有
效中间渠道。

ABSTRACT
Among all kinds of medical departments, oral medicine is the earliest medical
department to enter the market and realize commercialization. YC Dental Medical
Company has completed self-construction and cooperation with several dental clinics
in recent years. After owning different types of individual dental clinics, the company
faced with the problem of how to carry out effective management of its clinics. By
studying with the management problems facing YC dental care, the author hopes to
provide suitable management solutionsfor YC dental care company and new
management ideas for the future development of private dental clinics.
By usingcase analysisand PESTanalysis tool, thispaper conductsa
comprehensive research and analysis on the researchobject YC Oral Medical
Company. According to the macro environment and the characteristics of YC Dental
Medical Company, combined with the management needs of the company, the
problems faced by the company in the management of private dental clinics were
studied and summarized. And through SWOT analysis, the management mode of
DSO (Dental Service Organizations) of the benchmarking enterprise object in the
United States was studied. At the same time, through benchmarking management, this
study found that the core value of the DSO management mode of the benchmarking
enterprise object in the United States was to provide services for the members of the
organization through "empowerment".
The enabling core management service mode can meet the management needs of
YC Dental Medical Company, the research object of this paper, and give play to the
company's advantages in resources, management and information. Therefore, this
paper constructs an enabling management system for YC Dental Medical Company
with the goal of integrating management empowerment and resource empowerment.
At the sametime, chain management hasthe scale advantage ofintegrating
decentralized units, which is also a prerequisite for YC to achieve cooperative
outpatient management. Becausethe nature of privateoral outpatient medical
institutions also determines that their management anddevelopment cannot be
separated from the armchair treatment of oral doctors, oral doctors are the decisive
key resources in the operation and management of private oral outpatient clinics.
Through the comprehensive application of empowerment theory, chain operation
theory and key resource theory, the core value of benchmark enterprise is studied, and
the management practice of YC Dental Medical Company is combined to form a
