改革开放40年来，我国取得了瞩目的成就，尤其在工业领域，通过开放国门，引
进国外先进生产设备器械及生产技术的方式为我国的工业发展带来了飞跃性的进步。然
而时至今日，早期进入我国市场的机械设备零配件使用寿命已到，需要更换；同时晚期
进入的机械设备也在日益增大的产能需求面前，亟需种类完整、数量充足的备品库存，
而目前国内诸多工业领域面临着进口零配件的市场主导乃至垄断问题，这些滋生了很多
问题如：业主企业利润流失、时效差、信息数据外漏、缺少议价权等；国内上游尤其中
小型制造企业业务进展不顺、生产技术升级、生产能力不易提高等问题。这些问题一方
面会造成我国上中下游企业利润流失，机密数据外漏，长此以往又会造成我国相应零配
件制造生产能力的难以提高升级以致我国在此行业产业链难完整安全、易被“卡脖子”
现象。
本文意在总结前人对工业领域零配件市场主导（垄断）现象分析的理论基础上，通
过对风电零部件行业国外品牌的市场主导性分析，通过市场数据调查、行业数据推算、
专家问询等方式，以XL企业为具体案例，结合行业环境情况的方式来探究从国内制造
企业立场突破国外零配件市场主导(垄断)的路径。XL企业应继续扩展与诸方的技术合
作；XL企业在内部管理方面，应通过库存信息收集、账期调整、产品特有属性附加等方
式实现内部管理创新；同时对目标市场的进一步细分与再定位。通过以上方法，可以在
中短期内提高产品市场占有率及品牌影响力。同时，为国内风机零配件制造企业的产品
立项、产品内部管理、营销推广、更好地服务于整机业主提供案例参考，为国家风电行
业供应链安全与稳定做出贡献。

In the past 40 years of reform and opening up,China has made remarkable
achievements,especially in the industrial field.The way of opening up the country and
introducing foreign advanced production equipment and production technology has
brought leaps and bounds to China's industrial development.However,up to now,the
service life of mechanical equipment spare parts that entered China's market in the
early stage has expired and need to be replaced;At the same time,the machinery and
equipment entering in the late stage are also in urgent need of complete and sufficient
spare parts inventory in the faceof increasing production capacity demand.At
present,many domestic industrial fields are facing the monopoly of imported spare
parts,which breeds problems,such as loss of profit flow,poor timeliness,leakage of
information and data,lackof bargaining power,etc;Domesticupstream,especially
medium-sized
manufacturing
enterprises,problems
such
as
poor
business
progress,upgrading of production technology and difficult improvement of production
capacity.On the one hand,these problems will lead to the loss of profits of China's
upstream,middle and downstream enterprises and the leakage of confidential data.In
the long run,it will be difficult to improve and upgrade China's corresponding spare
parts manufacturing and production capacity,so that China's industrial chain in this
industry is difficult to be complete and safe and easy to be"stuck".
This paper aims to summarize the previous theoretical analysis of the monopoly
of spare parts in the industrial field,refine it into the analysis of industrial monopoly
of power generation and wind power,and then explore the path to break through the
monopoly of foreign spare parts from the standpoint of domestic manufacturing
enterprises from the perspective of practice through market data investigation,industry
data calculation,expert inquiry and specific case analysis.It provides a reference for
