摘要
2020年新冠肺炎疫情在全球快速蔓延,全球经济遭受自大萧条以来最严重衰退。2021年
以来全球经济形势虽有所好转,但仍面临疫情在全球蔓延、贸易保护主义升级、地缘政治持
续紧张等风险。在此背景下,单一产品或单一业务模式已无法支撑企业快速扩张,而平台是
处于产业链的顶层建筑,具有高收益、高竞争力、高话语权等优势,是一种让合作者共赢、
互利互惠的商业模式。其内核是致力于锻造一个完善且具有无限潜能的生态系统。企业成功
的关键是规范机制、激发群体间互动,建立起具有创新性的“生态系统”,重塑既有产业链。
本文将从平台经济学、创新生态系统、商业生态圈理论角度研究,引用国际、国内平台商
业战略的概念和企业创新生态系统建设的先进方法,通过对 H公司创新生态系统运营现状和
存在的问题进行梳理量化整合分析,着重从创新生态系统的构建策略、赢利能力、平台保障
等方面进行重点研究,提出以下六点构建创新生态系统的策略:(1)创新全产品生态运营策
略;(2)存量用户价值运营策略;(3)线上线下一体化运营策略;(4)端到端交付体系运营
策略;(5)产服融合的全生命周期管理策略;(6)市场化微颗粒组织运营策略。其次,基于
创新生态系统的结构稳定性及创造性分析,总结提炼出 H公司创新生态系统可以利用网络效
应、数字化转型来提升创新生态系统的盈利能力。最后,针对创新生态系统的构建策略及盈
利能力,提出完善及保障创新生态系统运营的发展路径和实施方案。从而引导 H公司探索出
适合自身的发展战略。同时,进一步丰富平台型企业创新生态系统的实践理论,提升企业在
行业领域的核心竞争力及经济效益,扩大企业创新生态系统的影响力与价值力,使得企业健
康、长远、快速发展,并总结提炼出一些可复制、可推广的实践做法。

Abstract
In 2020, COVID-19 spread rapidly around the world and the global economy suffered the
worst recession since the Great Depression. Although the global economic situation has improved
since 2021,it still facesrisks suchas the globalspread of theepidemic, escalatingtrade
protectionism and continuing geopolitical tensions. In this context, a single product or a single
business model can no longer support the rapid expansion of enterprises, while the platform is at the
top of the industrial chain, with advantages of high returns, high competitiveness and high discourse
power. It is a win-win business model for partners and mutual benefit. At its core is a commitment
to forging a complete ecosystem with unlimited potential. The key to the success of enterprises is to
standardize the mechanism, stimulatethe interaction between groups, establishan innovative
"ecosystem" and reshape the existing industrial chain.
This paper will study from the perspective of platform economics, innovation ecosystem and
business ecosystem theory. By referring to international and domestic concepts of platform business
strategy and advanced methods of enterprise innovation ecosystem construction, it will conduct a
quantitative and integrated analysis on the operation status and existing problems of H Company's
innovation ecosystem. This paper focuses on the construction strategy, profitability and platform
guarantee of the innovation ecosystem, and putsforward the following six strategies for the
construction of the innovation ecosystem :(1) innovation of the whole product ecological operation
strategy; (2) Operational strategy of stock user value; (3) Online and offline integrated operation
strategy; (4) End-to-end delivery system operation strategy; (5) Life cycle management strategy of
productionserviceintegration;(6)Operationstrategyofmarket-orientedmicro-particle
organization. Secondly, based onthe analysis of the structural stability andcreativity of the
innovation ecosystem, it is concluded that the innovation ecosystem of H Company can use network
effect and digital transformation to improve the profitability of the innovation ecosystem. Finally,
accordingtotheconstruction strategyandprofitabilityoftheinnovationecosystem,the
development pathand implementationplan toimprove andguarantee the operationof the
innovation ecosystem are proposed. Thus H company is guided to explore its own development
strategy.At the same time, further enrich the practical theory of the platform enterprise innovation
ecosystem, improve the core competitiveness and economic benefits of enterprises in the industry,
expand the influence and value of the enterprise innovation ecosystem, so as to promote the healthy,
long-term and rapid development of enterprises, and summarize some practices that can be copied
and promoted.
