中文摘要
5G时代，万物互联，信息沟通、交流更为快捷、便利。借此背景，传统线
下看货、选货、付款、提货的交易模式，正被互联网线上销售模式取代。互联网
线上销售模式下选品到付款整个交易都在线上完成。交易模式的改变使得跨境贸
易蓬勃发展。跨境贸易的兴起，不仅催生了许多知名贸易商，还带来了很多跨时
代的新产品，真无线耳机正是这个时代的代表作之一。同时，跨境贸易的兴起提
升了人们的消费品质需求，改变了产品链的分工，强化了跨境贸易商对产品质量
管控话语权。
亚玛深圳公司作为欧洲电子贸易巨头亚玛集团在亚洲地区的联络窗口，肩负
集团产品品质管控工作。真无线耳机作为亚玛集团近年来的主营产品之一，其品
质好坏不仅直接影响消费满意度，而且影响亚玛品牌的市场影响力。产品质量检
验管理是品质保证的重要手段。因此，本文针对如何优化亚玛深圳公司真无线耳
机质量检验管理展开研究。首先，收集亚玛集团真无线耳机产品在市场的投诉，
针对投诉运用数据统计分析和访谈相关方研究得出真无线耳机质量检验管理中
存在的问题：检验周期长、检验项目漏检及错检、检验项目结果判定含糊不清。
其次，针对当前存在的问题，采用头脑风暴法和鱼骨图工具从质量检验管理的关
键要素人、机、法、环切入分析，探寻问题产生的根本原因：检验人员能力不足
及失误、检验设备使用不当、检验文件不完善、及检验环境管理不完善。基于上
述原因，依据质量管理理论、质量检验理论以及标准化理论，从人、机、法、环
分别进行优化，优化措施主要包括：完善培训计划及培训效果评估，提升检验人
员检验能力；完善检验设备管理制度，保证设备输出可靠性；制定标准化检验方
法制度，确保检验操作准确一致；严控检验环境，保障检验活动过程不受影响。
从而解决真无线耳机质量检验管理存在的问题。最后，为顺利推进真无线耳机质
量检验管理优化方案的实施，提出与之对应的实施步骤、重点以及保障措施。
本文的研究，不仅可以提升亚玛集团真无线耳机的全面质量满意度，同时可
为其他贸易商在提升真无线耳机质量检验管理方面提供启发。

RESEARCH ON OPTIMIZATION OF TRUE WIRELESS
EARPHONE QUALITY INSPECTION MANAGEMENT
FOR HAMA SHENZHEN
Abstract
In the 5G era, everything is connected and information communication and
exchange is faster and more convenient. With this background, the traditional offline
transaction mode of seeing, selecting, paying and picking up goods is being replaced
by the online Internet sales mode. The entire transaction from product selection to
payment is completed online under the online Internet sales model. The change in
trading patterns has led to a boom in cross-border trade. The rise of cross-border trade
has not only given rise to many well-known traders, but also brought about many new
products across thegenerations, with truewireless earphones being oneof the
masterpieces of this era. At the same time, the rise of cross-border trade has raised
people's demand for consumer quality, changed the division of labour in the product
chain, and strengthened the cross-border traders' right to have a say in product quality
control.
As the contact window for the European electronics trading giant Hama Group in
Asia, Hama Shenzhen is responsible for the quality control of the Hama Group's
products. As one of the main products of Hama Group in recent years, the quality of
true wireless earphones not only directly affects consumer satisfaction, but also the
market influence of the Hama brand. Product quality inspection management is an
important means ofquality assurance. Therefore, this thesisfocuses on how to
optimise thequality inspectionmanagement ofHama Shenzhen's truewireless
earphones. Firstly, we collected complaints from the market of Hama Group's true
wireless earphones, and used statistical analysis and interviews with relevant parties
to find out the problemsin the quality inspection management of true wireless
earphones: long inspection cycle, missed and wrong inspection items, and ambiguity
in the determination of inspection item results.Secondly, to address the current
problems, the brainstorming method and fishbone diagram tool were used to analyse
the key elements of quality inspection management: human, machine, method and
environment, and to explore the root causes of the problems: inadequate capacity of

inspection personnel and errors, improper use of inspection equipment, imperfect
inspection documentation, and imperfect management of the inspection environment.
Based on the above reasons, based on quality management theory, quality inspection
theory and standardisation theory, fromthe human, machine, method, ring were
optimised, optimisation measures include: improve the training plan and training
effect assessment, improve the ability of inspection personnel inspection; improve the
inspection equipment management systemto ensure the reliability of equipment
output; develop a standardised inspection method system to ensure accurateand
consistent inspection operations;strict control of theinspection environment, to
ensure that the process of inspection activities are not affected. To solve the problems
of quality inspection management of true wireless earphones. Finally, in order to
successfully promote the implementationof the true wireless earphone’squality
inspection managementoptimization program, thecorresponding implementation
steps, priorities and safeguards are proposed.
The research in this thesis will not only improve the overall quality satisfaction
of Hama Group's true wireless earphones, but will also provide inspiration for other
traders to improve the quality inspection management of true wireless earphones.
