摘 要
随着信息化技术的不断飞速发展,各行业已经开始广泛应用大数据技术。在此背景
下人力资源领域也开始应用大数据技术,尤其是在网络招聘方面,已经日益成为人力资
源招聘的主要模式。企业网络招聘就是将所收集的规模巨大的数据,通过有效的分析工
具在有效的时间内进行筛选、处理、整理,成为企业决策的重要依据。本文以 HD 公司
为主要研究对象,以大数据技术为手段开展网络招聘策略的研究。
本文对 HD 公司概况和招聘流程、网络招聘现状进行了分析,为了进一步了解HD
公司网络招聘中大数据应用的现状及存在的问题,采用调查研究法,分别从数据收集、
数据整合、数据分析、数据应用四个方面开展的问题展开了深入分析,找出了企业网络
招聘中存在的问题原因,主要是网络招聘方式比较传统、招聘队伍专业化不足、招聘信
息化平台缺失等方面。
针对 HD 公司网络招聘存在的问题及其原因,本文从数据收集、数据整合、数据分
析、数据应用四个方面开展了大数据应用策略。其中,数据整合策略包括拓宽数据收集
渠道、差异化发布招聘信息、实名认证保证真实性措施;数据整合策略包括强化信息甄
别能力、科学设置筛选标准、提升数据监管能力措施;数据分析策略包括建立数据分析
标准、提高数据挖掘能力、加快数据人才培养措施;数据应用策略包括优化自身网络招
聘平台、强化现有网络招聘平台措施。
在以上分析论证的基础上,希望得到 HD 公司网络招聘预期效果主要有提高招聘的
有效性、招聘成本明显下降、提升人力资整体有效性等。为保证 HD 公司大数据网络招
聘措施的实现,达到预期效果,本文从加强组织建设、优化管理制度、构建健康向上的
招聘文化等方面建立了保障措施。
本文对 HD 公司网络招聘策略进行研究,不仅对HD 公司运用大数据进行网络招聘
同样具有指导意义,也对同行业内其他公司人才网络招聘具有借鉴意义。

IResearch on the network recruitment strategy of HD company
Abstract
With the rapid development of information technology, various industries have begun to
widely apply big data technology. In this context, the field of human resources has also begun
to apply big data technology, especially in online recruitment, which has increasingly become
the main mode of human resources recruitment. The data collected by enterprise online
recruitment is big data, which is to screen, process and sort out the collected large-scale data
in an effective time through effective analysis tools, which has become an important basis for
enterprise decision-making. This paper takes HD company as the main research object and
takes big data technology as the means to carry out the research on online recruitment
strategy.
Firstly, it analyzes the general situation, recruitment process and current situation of
online recruitment of HD company. In order to further understand the current situation and
existing problems of big data application in online recruitment of HD company, this paper
uses the questionnaire method to carry out in-depth analysis from four aspects: data
collection, data integration, data analysis and data application, And find out the reasons for
the problems, mainly in the traditional way of online recruitment, the lack of specialization of
recruitment team, the lack of recruitment information platform and so on.
Secondly, aiming at the problems existing in HD company;s online recruitment, this
paper carries out the big data application strategy from four aspects: data collection, data
integration, data analysis and data application. Among them, data integration strategies
include broadening data collection channels, differentiated release of recruitment information,
real name certification and measures to ensure authenticity; Data integration strategies
include strengthening information screening ability, scientifically setting screening standards
and improving data supervision ability; Data analysis strategies include establishing data
analysis standard, improving data mining ability and accelerating data personnel training;
Data application strategies include measures to optimize their own online recruitment
platform and strengthen the existing online recruitment platform.
Finally, after finding out the problems and establishing online recruitment measures, this
paper hopes to get the expected results of HD company;s online recruitment, mainly
including improving the effectiveness of recruitment, significantly reducing recruitment costs,
improving the overall effectiveness of human resources and so on. In order to ensure the
realization of HD;s big data network recruitment measures and achieve the expected results,
IIthis paper establishes safeguard measures from the aspects of strengthening organization
construction, optimizing management system and creating talent culture.
This paper studies the online recruitment strategy of HD company, which not only has
guiding significance for HD company on how to use big data for online recruitment in time,
but also plays an important reference role for other companies in the same industry on how to
strengthen online recruitment.
