教育发展的趋势是终身化和多样化,成人教育作为终身教育的重要组成部分,不
仅提高了国民的整体学历水平,同时也为社会输送了大批人才,起到推动社会经济发
展的作用。加强成人教育,为公民提供多层次的教育,能够充实和完善终身教育体系。
但随着社会形势的变化和成人教育的发展,各地成人教育培训学校新开数量迅速增
加,成人教育市场竞争日趋激烈,加上国家整体生源下降和高职院校百万扩招的影响,
生源大战日益白热化。在这种背景之下,HT培训学校招生也出现了持续下降的势头,
生源是决定民办学校生存和发展至关重要的因素,如何完善学校招生营销策略,加强
自身建设,开展有效的招生工作,是 HT 培训学校面临的最大难题。
本文以 HT 培训学校为研究对象,针对该校在成人教育招生中的实际情况进行调
研考察,通过获取到的相关数据资料,对HT 培训学校招生现状进行全面系统的整理,
找出 HT 培训学校在现环境下招生营销策略不足之处,借助SWOT 分析方法充分剖析
HT 培训学校竞争环境的态势,以期扬长避短,实现该校的战略优化分针,再运用 STP
理论找准市场定位,最后采用 7P 现代市场服务营销理论,提出相应意见和建议,制
定符合 HT 培训学校自身需求和发展的招生营销策略,开拓多元化招生渠道,强化办
学特色,加强学校竞争力和影响力,扩大HT 培训学校在市场的营业规模和占有率,
保障该校健康稳步发展。本文能给 HT 培训学校或者相关培训行业,提供适用的建议
和参考价值,以期促进成人教育健康发展。

Abstract
The trend of education development is life-long and diversified. Adult education, as
an important part of lifelong education, not only improves the overall level of people;s
academic qualifications, but also provides a large number of talents for the society, and
plays a role in promoting social and economic development. Strengthening adult education
and providing multi-level education for citizens can enrich and perfect the lifelong
education system. However, with the change of social situation and the development of
adult education, the number of new adult education training schools in various places is
increasing rapidly, the competition in the adult education market is becoming increasingly
fierce, coupled with the decline of the national overall source of students and the impact of
the million enrollment expansion of higher vocational colleges, the source of students war
is becoming increasingly hot. In this context, THE recruitment of HT training schools is
also on the decline. The source of students is a crucial factor determining the survival and
development of private schools. How to improve the marketing strategy of school
recruitment, strengthen self-construction, and carry out effective recruitment work are the
biggest difficulties faced by HT training schools.
In this paper, HT training school is taken as the research object, and the actual
situation in adult education enrollment of this school is investigated. Through the relevant
data obtained, the recruitment status of HT training school is comprehensively and
systematically sorted out, and the deficiencies of recruitment marketing strategy of HT
training school under the current environment are found out. With the help of SWOT
analysis method to analyze the HT training school competition environment, in order to
foster strengths and circumvent weaknesses, the realization of the strategy to optimize the
minute hand, again using the STP theory to find accurate market positioning, finally USES
the 7 p service marketing theory, modern market put forward the corresponding opinions
and Suggestions, set can meet the demand of HT training school itself and the development
of the enrollment of marketing strategy, To expand the business scale and share of HT
training school in the market, to ensure the healthy and steady development of HT training
school. In order to promote the healthy development of adult education, this paper can
provide suitable suggestions and reference value for HT training schools or related training
industries.
