摘要
二十一世纪以来,互联网的高速发展推动了互联网金融的进步,利率市场
化特征愈发明显,金融监管更加严格,技术及市场环境变化对城市商业银行产
生了客观的影响,通常情况下银行一般采取存款、贷款之间的利率差额获取经
济收益,内外部环境变化使得传统盈利模式所带来的盈利能力正在减弱,银行
风险管理难度有明显加大,以规模化扩张为特性的传统发展模式出现了严重的
滞后性,立足当前的市场环境,城市商业银行必须加快改革进程。
在此宏观背景下,研究城市银行发展战略并为其提供改革思路是具有重要
意义的。本文首先论述了研究背景及意义、国内外研究现状、研究目标和内容、
研究思路与方法以及研究特色和创新方面的内容,由此可以初步了解我国金融
市场发展环境及商业银行战略研究相关背景,城市商业银行由于规模受限、服
务范围小、品牌效应难形成等问题,不能完全适应金融市场变化,城市商业银
行需要寻求新的发展契机。其次,阐述了相关概念及理论基础,对城市商业银
行及其发展战略类型进行归纳总结,重点分析了重庆SX城市商业银行战略环境,
从外部环境及内部环境展开,用SWOT分析法分析了重庆SX城市商业银行的优势、
劣势、机会、威胁,并基于这些分析提出了当前重庆SX城市商业银行主要存在
市场渗透不足、市场开发局限、产品创新力欠缺等问题,并提出本文观点重
庆SX城市银行应采用发展战略中的密集型战略,具体措施包括市场渗透、市场
开发和产品开发,通过这些战略措施进一步拓宽重庆SX城市商业银行的市场占
有率,提升营收能力。同时制定了相应的风险防控措施及保障措施,最后得出
研究结论及意义。
目前国内城市商业银行数量仍在不断增加,此类银行如何在愈发激烈
的市场竞争中谋求发展将成为城市商业银行重点考虑的问题,本文从企业
发展战略的角度出发,聚焦市场渗透、市场开发和产品开发三个方面,分步
对重庆SX城市商业银行的发展过程中发现的问题进行针对性的解决,有助
于进一步促进重庆SX城市商业银行的发展,同时对于其他商业银行发展战
略研究也具有借鉴意义。

Abstract
Since the 21st century, the rapid development of the Internet has promoted the
progress of Internet finance, the characteristics of interest rate marketization have become
more and more obvious, financial supervision has become more stringent, and changes in
technology and market environment have had a direct impact on city commercial banks.
The interest rate difference between deposits and loans has obtained economic benefits.
Changes in the internal and external environment have weakened the profitability brought
by the traditional profit model, and the difficulty of bank risk management has increased
significantly. The traditional development model characterized by large-scale expansion
has emerged. Due to the serious lag, based on the current market environment, city
commercial banks must continue to speed up the reform process.
Under this macro background, it is of great significance to study the development
strategy of city banks and provide them with reform ideas. This paper first discusses the
research background and significance, research status at home and abroad, research
objectives and content, research ideas and methods, and research characteristics and
innovations. From this, we can preliminarily understand the development environment of
my country's financial market and the background of the strategic research of commercial
banks. City commercial banks cannot fully adapt to changes in the financial market due to
their limited scale, small service scope, and difficulty in forming brand effects. City
commercial banks need to seek new development. Secondly, it expounds the relevant
concepts and theoretical basis, summarizes the types of city commercial banks and their
development strategies, and focuses on the analysis of the strategic environment of
Chongqing SX city commercial bank. The advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and
threats of city commercial banks, and based on these analysis, it is proposed that the
current Chongqing SX city commercial bank mainly has problems such as insufficient
market penetration, limited market development, and lack of product innovation, and puts
forward the opinion of this paper that Chongqing SX city bank should Adopt intensive
strategies in the development strategy, including market penetration strategy, market
development strategy and product development strategy. Through these strategies, the
market share of Chongqing SX City Commercial Bank will be further expanded and the

revenue capacity will be enhanced. At the same time, the corresponding risk prevention
and control measures and safeguard measures are formulated, and finally the research
conclusions and implications are drawn.
At present, the number of domestic urban commercial banks is still increasing. How
to seek development in the increasingly fierce market competition will become a key issue
for urban commercial banks. From the perspective of enterprise development strategy, this
paper focuses on three aspects: market penetration, market development and product
development, and solves the problems found in the development of Chongqing SX urban
commercial bank step by step, It helps to further promote the development of Chongqing
SX City Commercial Bank, and also has reference significance for the development
strategy research of other commercial banks.
