Abstract
摘要
DK科技公司主要从事传统的快递包装研发制造销售等业务，客户主要为电商客
户和快递公司。随着国家以及客户对快递包装的绿色要求却越来越高，该公司的快
递包装市场占有率不断下降，生产成本又不断上升，对公司未来的发展已经带来了
严重的影响。是否需要对传统快递包装进行改革、是否需要研发新工艺、探索新的
商业模式，成为困扰公司负责人的严重问题。因此，为进一步帮助企业看清自身情
况，了解市场动向，打通企业发展的难点堵点，开展 DK科技公司新创业机会识别
与开发研究对于破解企业生产和发展问题而言具有重大意义，通过结合自身情况识
别新创业机会，并制定相应的机会开发计划，进一步帮助企业重新走出泥潭，成功
得以转型发展。
本文主要是运用创业机会的相关理论研究，以 DK科技公司为研究实例，对 DK
科技公司的创业机会进行识别、选择、评价等问题进行细致地研究，并就如何制定
相应的开发计划进行详细的阐述。首先，通过走访调研，掌握公司的基本情况，包
括现状、管理团队、负责人等相关情况，并使用 SWOT分析，详细了解公司自身实
力，同时对行业、市场以及竞争对手进行分析，寻找到新创业机会；其次，充分运
用巴蒂选择因素法对众多的新创业机会进行选择，然后依托 TIMMONS创业机会评
价体系，通过调查问卷的形式收集新创业机会的评价指标，建立新创业机会的评价
表，并运用到新创业机会的评价中去，确保对新创业机会的有效评价；最后，针对
新创业机会 DK科技公司如何付诸实践，应采取哪些具体措施进行相应的分析和计
划，结合实际情况为新创业机会的落实提供相应的开发计划。
本文的研究成果能够直观的为其他中小微企业负责人展现新创业机会的识别、
选择、评价的过程，并为其如何制定相应的创业机会开发计划、规避风险方面提供
了具体的方式方法，具有参考与借鉴的实践意义，也对更多迷途中的中小微企业未
来的发展与转型具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract
DK Technology Company is mainly engaged in traditional express packaging R&D,
manufacturing and sales, and its customers are mainly e-commerce customers and express
companies. With the increasing green requirements of the country and customers for
express packaging, the company's express packaging market share continues to decline
and the production cost continues to rise, which has had a serious impact on the company's
future development. Whether it is necessary to reform the traditional express packaging,
develop new processes and explore new business models has become a serious problem
perplexing the person in charge of the company. Therefore, in order to further help
enterprises to see their own situation, understand the market trend and open up the
difficult blocking points of enterprise development, the research on the identification and
development of new entrepreneurial opportunities of DK technology company is of great
significance to solve the problems of enterprise production and development. By
identifying new entrepreneurial opportunities in combination with their own situation and
formulating corresponding opportunity development plans, Further help enterprises get out
of the quagmire again and successfully transform and develop.
This thesis mainly uses the relevant theoretical research of entrepreneurial
opportunities, takes DK technology company as an example, makes a detailed research on
the identification, selection and evaluation of entrepreneurial opportunities of DK
technology company, and expounds in detail how to formulate the corresponding
development plan. First of all, through visit and investigation, master the basic situation of
the company, including the current situation, management team, person in charge and
other relevant situations, and use SWOT analysis to understand the company's own
strength in detail. At the same time, analyze the industry, market and competitors to find
new entrepreneurial opportunities; Secondly, make full use of Barty's selection factor
method to select a large number of new entrepreneurial opportunities, and then collect the
evaluation indicators of new entrepreneurial opportunities in the form of questionnaire
according to the TIMMONS entrepreneurial opportunity evaluation system, establish the
evaluation table of new entrepreneurial opportunities, and apply it to the evaluation of new
entrepreneurial opportunities to ensure the effective evaluation of new entrepreneurial
