目前科学技术的发展速度正在一点一滴的改变着社会,互联网普及对于人
们的思维方式和行为习惯产生了很大的影响。目前以大数据,人工智能,区块
链,云计算等为主的先进科技不断的冲击着银行的方方面面,颠覆了传统银行
业原有的理念和认知,科学技术和金融业务的不断融合打破了银行传统的经营
模式的同时,也给传统的商业银行发展带来了前所未有的挑战和机遇。在金融
科技的影响下,银行目标客户群体已经不仅仅是那20%的优质客户,而是着眼
于曾经那些被误认为无法带来高收益,营销成本高,营销难的“长尾”客户,
这些客户成为了银行全新的利润增长点。与此同时高科技公司也加入到金融行
列的竞争中来,他们拥有优质的技术和技术人才,同时将全新的生态模式引入
到传统的银行业当中来,银行业与金融科技公司的协作和对抗,进一步推动了
银行业在金融科技领域的研发力度和创新能力,同时为整个经济市场带来了全
新的局面。
目前,中小银行在金融科技成为主流趋势并迅速发展的大环境下,由于自
身各方面条件的阻碍,难以学习大型银行重资本,重人力投资金融科技业务的
模式,因此迫切的需要找到其他的突破口来解决自身金融科技发展上的不足。
南京银行作为区域性的股份制银行,由于经营范围的限制同大多数中小银行一
样,客户群体类型单一,且集中程度较高等问题导致其规模,资本等方面无法
与大型的商业银行比较。那么想要在未来的发展中提高行业内的竞争力,推动
南京银行金融科技创新与发展的重要性就显得尤为突出。
本文选取南京银行对其金融科技发展进行了阐述,并针对于当前南京银行
在金融科技发展中存在的主要问题进行了分析总结。之后通过对南京银行外部
和内部两个环境进行了阐述,对影响南京银行金融科技发展的整体环境做出分
析,利用SWOT战略分析模型,从南京银行发展金融科技的优势劣势,还有机会
和挑战四个方面进行综合分析总结。分析结果得出,南京银行金融科技水平由
于综合实力,人才储备,内部控制,智能风控等方面存在的不足限制了发展的
脚步。

综合分析之后,通过对国内外银行金融科技发展的对比,得出的结论是南
京银行想要在金融科技发展进程中保持竞争优势,那么就必须深化科技在银行
各领域的应用水平。首先要加强与外界的合作,不管是金融科技公司,还是联
合其他中小银行或是政府机构,寻求共同发展的机会,第二是要加强外部复合
型人才的引入和内部人才金融和科技知识的全面培养,第三是要加强对于现有
的技术的投入,优化对于银行数据的利用,第四是要利用金融科技加强内外部
的风控水平,降低南京银行在金融科技相关的业务飞速发展和扩张的同时带来
的一系列风险问题。
