校企合作协同育人既是我国大力发展职业教育,积极推动社会生产与顺应
国家经济发展的重要途径,也是培养社会需求高素质技能型人才的重要合作方
式。成都 DX集团依托职业教育发展为背景,创办了以旅游专业为特色的民办职
业技术学院,近年来学校一直积极推动发展校企合作,但是培养出来的人才离旅
游行业、企业需求的高素质技能型人才还存在一定的差距,学校近年发展较为缓
慢。如何提升 DX民办高职旅游学校校企合作,促进就业成了一个非常重要的问
题。
本文在借鉴国外先进校企合作开展的基础上,结合管理学的人力资本理论、
协同理论、资源依赖理论和利益相关理论,设计了学校、企业、学生的访谈和问
卷进行研究。通过学校与企业的访谈,学生调查问卷的数据分析发现 DX民办高
职旅游学校校企合作主要存在以下四个方面的问题:1.学校疏于校企合作的协同
与管理,相关合作的制度保障不完善;2.学校是为旅游行业输送高素质应用型人
才的基地,然而学校的“双师型”教师团队还达不到校企合作的要求;3.企业与学
校的合作流于形式,合作双方没有建立有效沟通,缺乏长远的合作战略思维;4.
学校与企业在共同育人合作的专业课程设置、实训教学体系不系统不完善。
本文在国家大力发展职业教育,并且鼓励民办职业教育的发展决策基础之
上,结合相关理论给出优化策略:1.紧抓国家发展职业教育的宏观政策,积极开
展优化校企合作;2.完善现有的校企合作规章制度并构建管理合作部门,具体保
障校企合作的开展;3.结合职业教育旅游专业建设实践,夯实学校“双师型”教师
团队的构建,打造一支具备教学能力和企业技能实践的高效教师团队;4.学校需
要积极协同校企合作,并走进企业开展有效合作与沟通;5.改革现有实训教学体
系,与行业需求紧密贴合;6.优化专业课程,结合旅游市场需要而调整人才培育

Abstract
School-enterprise cooperation is not only an important way to vigorously develop
vocational education, actively promote social production and conform to national
economic development, but also an important cooperative way to cultivate high-quality
skilled talents in social demand. Chengdu DX group depends on the development of
vocational education as the background, founded the features of tourism professional
private vocational school, in recent years, the school has been actively promote the
development of cooperation between colleges, but cultivated talents from the tourism
industry, the enterprise needs of high-quality skilled personnel also has certain gap,
school development is relatively slow in recent years. How to enhance the school-
enterprise cooperation of DX private vocational tourism school and promote
employment has become a very important issue.
On the basis of drawing lessons from foreign advanced school-enterprise
cooperation and combining the human capital theory, coordination theory, resource
dependence theory and interest correlation theory of management, this paper designs
interviews and questionnaires for schools, enterprises and students. Through interviews
with schools and enterprises and data analysis of student questionnaires, it is found that
DX private vocational tourism school has the following four problems in school-
enterprise cooperation: 1. The school neglects the coordination and management of
school-enterprise cooperation, and the system guarantee of relevant cooperation is not
perfect. 2. The school is a base to transport high-quality applied talents for the tourism
industry, but the "double-qualified" teacher team of the school cannot meet the
requirements of school-enterprise cooperation; 3. The cooperation between the
enterprise and the school becomes a mere formality. The two parties have not
established effective communication and lack long-term strategic thinking for
cooperation; 4. The professional curriculum setting and training teaching system of
joint education between schools and enterprises are not systematic and perfect.
