超薄电子玻璃企业迭代创新战略研究:以ZX公司为例
摘要
超薄电子玻璃技术长期被国外垄断,致使我国电子信息显示产业规模受到限制、
产品价格长期居高不下,对我国信息显示产业发展造成严重影响和制约。突破技术封
锁、打破产品垄断,取得“卡脖子”技术突破,是超薄电子玻璃行业发展的重大战略
需求,寻求适合企业转型升级的创新模式迫在眉睫,迭代创新模式的独特优势有利于
加快制造业转型升级。企业采取迭代创新模式快速实现技术突破成为打破垄断、快速
发展的关键战略。
为了探索阶段性链条式迭代创新动态演变发展,本文以ZX公司为案例研究对象。
ZX公司隶属于中国建材集团有限公司,主要从事超薄玻璃的研发、生产、销售,目
前国内唯一一家具备生产 0.12~1.1毫米全系列超薄浮法电子玻璃能力的战略性新兴
企业,也是快速实现从跟跑、并跑向领跑跨越的公司。嵌套式案例研究发现:首先,
企业经历跟跑、并跑、领跑三个阶段,在每一个阶段主要有四个关键维度,资源行动、
技术创新、产品组合以及市场评价,各维度之间相互促进以实现阶段目标推进;其次,
各维度在不同阶段动态调整升级,同步实现迭代演进。其中,实现了从资源拼凑到资
源协奏的资源行动模式迭代、从渐进式创新到颠覆式创新的技术迭代、从常规产品主
导到创新产品引领的产品迭代、从一致性到新颖性的评价标准迭代演进;最后,在各
维度的动态迭代演进过程中,企业逐步构建动态能力,相继实现从跟跑到并跑、并跑
到领跑的迭代式创新发展。

超薄电子玻璃企业迭代创新战略研究:以ZX公司为例
ABSTRACT
Ultra-thin electronic glass technology has been monopolized by foreign countries for
a long time, which limits the scale of China's electronic information display industry and
keeps the price high for a long time. It is an important strategic demand for the
development of ultra-thin electronic glass industry to break through the technical blockade,
break the monopoly of products and achieve the "neck-blocking" technical breakthrough. It
is urgent to seek an innovative model suitable for the transformation and upgrading of
enterprises, the unique advantages of the iterative innovation model are conducive to
accelerating the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry. It is a key
strategy for enterprises to break monopoly and develop rapidly by adopting the mode of
iterative innovation.
In order to explore the dynamic evolution of periodic chain-like iterative innovation,
this paper takes ZX company as a case study. ZX is a subsidiary of China National
Building Material Company, which is engaged in research, development, production and
sales of ultra-thin glass, at present, China's only one with the production of 0.12-1.1 mm
full series of ultra-thin float electronic glass capacity of the strategic emerging enterprises,
but also fast to follow, and run to lead the company. The nested case study found that:
Firstly, the enterprise experiences three stages: following, running and leading. In each
stage, there are four key dimensions: resource action, technology innovation, product mix
and market evaluation, the dimensions promote each other to realize the goal of the stage;
Secondly, each dimension is adjusted and upgraded dynamically in different stages, and the
iterative evolution is realized synchronously. Among them, it realizes the iteration of
resource action model from resource assembling to resource coordination, the technology
iteration from progressive innovation to disruptive innovation, the product iteration from
conventional product leading to innovative product leading, and the evaluation standard
iteration from consistency to novelty; Finally, in the process of dynamic iterative evolution
of each dimension, enterprises gradually build dynamic capabilities, and successively
realize the iterative innovation development from following to running, and then to
leading.
