F公司项目经理培训管理改进研究
The Improving Study on PM Training Management of
F Company
Abstract
As the management of the construction industry is more and more standardized and
strict,the importance of excellent project managers with certificates for a construction
enterprise is becoming more and more prominent. Whether they can win a good market
position, how the enterprise performance is,and how the development momentum is,are closely
related to the team of excellent project managers with certificates.The lack of them has become
a huge obstacle to the rapid development of F Company.
Taking project manager training management of F company as the research object. On the
basis of related previous training theory,such as Psychological Contract Theory,Theory of
Training Needs,ADDIE Model (ADDIE is short for Analyze,Design,Develop,Implement,
Evaluate) and Kirkpatric Assessment Model,according to the integrated use of questionnaire,
on-the-spot investigation,interviews and other research methods,to the project managers and
relevant leaders and staff in company research,in-depth and objectively analyzing the problem
existing in the work of the project manager training,there are mainly problems as follow:the
low coupling between the curriculum and the project manager needs,the single training
form,the teachers for training who cannot meet the demand of training,the ignored training
evaluation, the lack of necessary supporting measures,etc. Then collating and analyzing the
relevant data, the main reasons for the existence of these problems are the lack of awareness of
the importance of project manager training by the company leaders, a deviation between the
project manager's goals and the company's goals,the lack of engineering experience for related
staff with the training,the project manager did not pay enough attention to the training work,the
region is too geographically dispersed and so on.According to these problems and their cause
analysis,a scientific and reasonable improvement program is made, containing the
improvement principle, goal and PRI chart(PRI is short for Problem, Reasons and Improvement
Programs),unified goals between the project managers and the company,the developing of
training needs analysis, the design of the training courses,training methods,the teaching
staff,the training evaluation, and supporting measures.
The study on this thesis can improve the training management of project managers of F
Company,alleviate the shortage of excellent project managers with certificates,and remove the

same level in the industry,to provide a beneficial reference.
