摘要
随着当前经济的快速发展,社会对于就业者们的压力也越来越大,从毕业、
就业到从业的过程会经历来自各个方面因素的干扰和消极信息,然而当真正步入
了一个职业,也并非就进入了社会交易的安全区。许多从业者会持续被回报与付
出的不均衡所困扰,加上身边复杂环境综合的强烈刺激,一些对于所从事职业的
不重视态度和对下达任务的不积极行为出现了,从而造成了职业倦怠。
本文在查阅了国内外关于职业倦怠的相关文献和研究成果的基础上,首先从
研究员工职业倦怠的背景和意义出发;结合所查阅的知识针对本文需要用到的相
关理论进行整理,对目前国内外关于职业倦怠的研究进行综述;再对 YZ银行基
层员工职业倦怠的总体情况和影响因素进行调研分析,包括 YZ银行概况、基层
员工概况、影响因素调研以及实证分析等;结合实际归纳了 YZ银行基层员工职
业倦怠存在的主要表现,然后分析可能引起 YZ银行基层员工职业倦怠的原因,
主要从个体、工作和组织三个方面进行分析;而后根据倦怠的表现和原因尝试提
出能够缓解YZ银行基层员工职业倦怠的策略,包括树立正确工作态度、明确工
作定位、强化组织支持等;最后提出了本文的研究结论与展望。希望通过本文对
YZ银行基层员工职业倦怠的研究为其长远发展提供一定的参考价值。

Abstract
With the rapid development of the current economy, the pressure of the society
on the employees is also increasing. The process from graduation, employment to
employment will experience interference and negative information from various
factors. However, when we really enter a career, we will not enter the safe area of
social transactions. Many practitioners will continue to be troubled by the imbalance
of return and pay, and the comprehensive strong stimulation of the surrounding
environment, some do not pay attention to the attitude of the occupation and the
inactive behavior of assigning tasks, resulting in job burnout.
Based on the relevant literature and research results on job burnout at home and
abroad, this paper starts from the background and significance of employee job
burnout; Combined with the knowledge consulted, this paper sorts out the relevant
theories needed in this paper, and summarizes the current research on job burnout at
home and abroad; Then, the overall situation and influencing factors of job burnout of
grass-roots employees of YZ bank are investigated and analyzed, including the
general situation of YZ bank, the general situation of grass-roots employees, the
investigation of influencing factors and empirical analysis; Combined with practice,
this paper summarizes the main manifestations of job burnout of grass-roots
employees of YZ bank, and then analyzes the possible causes of job burnout of
grass-roots employees of YZ bank, mainly from three aspects: individual, work and
organization; Then, according to the performance and causes of burnout, this paper
tries to put forward strategies that can alleviate the job burnout of grass-roots
employees of YZ bank, including establishing a correct working attitude, clarifying
work orientation, strengthening organizational support, etc; Finally, the research
conclusions and prospects of this paper are put forward. It is hoped that the research
on the job burnout of grass-roots employees of YZ bank will provide some reference
value for its long-term development.
