金融改革的不断前进使得中国银行的布局发生了改变,原有的五大国有商业银行占 据着寡头的地位渐渐朝着多样化的商业银行形势发展,目前已经形成了大型国有控股商 业银行、城市商业银行、全国性股份制商业银行以及外资银行同时并立的局面。此外, 市场环境渐进改变,利率市场化以及互联网金融均给五大国有银行带来了巨大的抨击, 使得市场竞争日益激烈,人才是企业竞争的根本要素,怎样实现企业的人才资源留住, 特别是高素质高质量的优质员工,这是目前国有商业银行不得不面对的现实问题,所以, 科学、有效完成员工的职业生业管理,提升人力资本投资以及长时间回报是目前商业银 行寻求发展和突破瓶颈的关键途径。 本文以新形势下我国商业银行基层员工职业生涯管理与优化研究为研究对象,以X 银行Z分行为例,通过所掌握的理论知识和实际工作中收集整理的资料、数据,以及对 银行一线人员的访谈,分析人工智能对商业银行内部基础结构和人力资源的影响,在此 基础上,再运用问卷调查法,将银行业一线员工职业生涯所面临的机遇和挑战全部列举, 为为X银行Z分行基层员工职业发展规划进行分析与选择,最后为X银行Z分行基层 员工职业规划提供了参考意见和建议。 关键词:新形势,商业银行,基层员工,职业生涯管理 III ABSTRACT ThecontinuousadvancementoffinancialreformshaschangedthelayoutoftheBankofChina.The originalfivestate-ownedcommercialbankshaveoccupiedanoligarchicpositionandgraduallydeveloped towardsadiversifiedcommercialbank.Theyhaveformedlargestate-controlledcommercialbanksandcity commercialbanks.Thesituationofthesimultaneousexistenceofnationaljoint-stockcommercialbanks andforeignbanks.Inaddition,thegradualchangesinthemarketenvironment,interestrateliberalization andInternetfinancehavebroughttremendouscriticismtothefivestate-ownedbanks,makingthemarket increasinglyfierce,howtoachievetheretentionoftalentresources,especiallyhigh-qualityand high-qualityemployees.Thisisarealisticproblemthatstate-ownedcommercialbankshavetoface. Therefore,scientificallyandeffectivelycompletingtheoccupationalandprofessionalmanagementof employees,improvinghumancapitalinvestmentandlong-termreturnsarethekeywaysforcommercial bankstoseekdevelopmentandbreakthroughbottlenecks. Thispapertakestheresearchonthecareermanagementandoptimizationofthegrassrootsemployees ofChina'scommercialbanksastheresearchobjectunderthenewsituation,andusestheX-bankZ-score behaviorexamplestocollectthedataanddatacollectedbythetheoreticalknowledgeandactualwork,as wellasthefront-linepersonnelofthebank.Interviews,analyzetheimpactofartificialintelligenceonthe internalinfrastructureandhumanresourcesofcommercialbanks.Onthisbasis,thequestionnairesurvey methodisusedtoenumeratetheopportunitiesandchallengesfacedbythefrontlineemployeesofthe bankingindustry.Thecareerdevelopmentplanwasanalyzedandselected,andfinallyprovidedreference andsuggestionsforthecareerplanningofthegrassrootsemployeesofXBankZBranch.
