摘要
当前,在金融脱媒和利率市场化逐渐深入的背景下,商业银行逐渐难以单纯靠存贷
款利差这一传统获利方式来维持利润增长速度;激烈的同业竞争、互联网金融等新兴竞
争对手的出现使得商业银行的经营发展面临严峻的形势;我国政府为防范化解系统性金
融风险而采取的强监管、严监管政策也在一定程度上延缓了商业银行利润增长的脚步。
如何在这百舸争流的发展大潮中抢占先机、有效扩大市场份额、保持利润的持续快速增
长,是摆在每一家商业银行管理层面前的核心命题。票据融资业务作为商业银行资产业
务的重要组成部分,具备资本占用相对较低、定价市场化程度高、操作相对便捷、业务
存续期较短等特点,对于商业银行优化资产结构、调配信贷规模、拓展客户群体、提升
利润水平等有着显著的促进作用和积极影响。如何提升G银行西安分行票据融资业务的
市场竞争力便是论文研究的主要目的。
本文综合运用定性分析和定量分析,并使用波特五力模型和SWOT模型等分析工具,
按照阐述背景—解析概念—介绍现状、引出问题并总结成因—波特五力和 SWOT竞争力
分析—给出建议的整体思路,对 G银行西安分行票据融资业务的发展情况进行了介绍,
对经营中出现的问题进行了揭示和分析,对问题成因进行了归纳总结,随后使用竞争力
分析工具波特五力分析模型和 SWOT分析模型,扩展了存在问题和成因的范围,并从提
高重视程度、强化考核对营销的促进作用、丰富完善产品线、拓展票源渠道、改善客户
服务体验、强化营销队伍建设等六个方面提出了增强票据融资业务市场竞争力的建议。
在目前研究国内票据融资业务发展的文献中,多数是从政策环境、行业分析、风险
防范、市场革新、历史变迁等宏观角度开展研究,对于票据融资业务在商业银行的具体
业务和产品提及相对较少。本文以国内某商业银行的具体分支机构为代表,通过使用实
例和具体数据进行了深入分析,并提出具有针对性的发展对策,具有一定的理论价值和
现实意义。

ABSTRACT
At present, under the background of financial disintermediation and gradually deepening
interest rate liberalization, it is gradually difficult for commercial banks to maintain profit
growth by the deposit and loan spread alone. The fierce inter-bank competition and the
emergence of new competitors such as Internet finance make the commercial banks face a grim
situation. The strong and strict supervision policies adopted by the Chinese government to
prevent and resolve systemic financial risks have also slowed down the profit growth of
commercial banks. It is the core proposition for the management of every commercial bank to
seize the opportunity, effectively expand the market share and keep the sustained and rapid
growth of profit in the development tide. Note financing business is an important part of bank
assets business.It occupies low capital and its pricing mechanism is highly market-based . It's
relatively easy to operate and It has a short service life.Thanks to all these characteristics,note
financing business plays a significant role in optimizing the assets structure of commercial bank,
allocating credit scale resources, expanding customer base and improving profit levels.It is the
main purpose of this paper how to improve the market competitiveness of the note financing
business of Xi 'an Branch of Bank G.
The author uses analysis methods such as combining qualitative and quantitative analysis,
and also takes advantages of Michael Porter five-force-model analysis,and SWOT-model
analysis in the course of the study. According to the idea of background-importing,concept-
explaining, description of current status, problem analysis,cause induction, competitive analysis,
offering a proposal,the author describes the status quo of G bank xi 'an branch note financing
business ,analyzes the problems, summarizes the causes of the problems, expands the range of
existing problems and causes using competitive analysis tool Michael Porter five-force-model
and SWOT-model, and puts forward some suggestions to enhance the market competitiveness
of note financing business from six aspects, such as changing the management idea,
strengthening the examination and incentive, optimizing the product mix, expanding the
customer group, improving the service quality and strengthening the team construction.
Most study on note financing business development start from the policy environment, industry
analysis,risk prevention, market innovation, historical change in the literature at present, while
few start from specific banking business and products.This article chooses G Banks branch as
a subject, analyzes deeply with vivid examples and specific data, and puts forward development
