随着医疗水平不断提升,患者不仅对医疗手段、医疗仪器地要求越来越高, 而且对就医质量的服务要求也相应有所提高。现在社会医疗的焦点集中于患者对 医院就医体验中,就医流程是否通畅,就诊方式是否便捷,就诊效率是否高效都 会影响患者满意度就医。由于医院的营运管理模式粗放,患者满意度降低是普遍 现象,通过管理理论对医院各方面进行优化改革至关重要。 首先,本文基于对设施布置理论的研究,收集天津ZL医院门诊各层楼的布 局图,并对每层楼科室描述分析。通过门诊数据库整理患者初复诊占比、患者各 个年龄占比、患者挂号人数占比,分析ZL医院患者的主要20个病例,对每个病 例的流程、途径科室及所移动的距离汇总,绘制每个病种的流程图并描述。根据 医院设施布局现状,基于从至表试验法、相对关系布置法,分析布局设计中的问 题所在,进行优化研究。 其次,文章基于从至表试验法、相对关系布置法,对ZL医院科室布局优化 方案分析研究,调整人员密集度高的科室进行优化布局,从而设计两种优化方案, 并综合两种方案设计最优方案。 最后,对优化后的两种方案以及最优方案进行预期效果分析,计算优化前后 从至表试验法的单位距离、20个主要病例就医流程的行走实际距离,总结其节 约路径、时间。 医院的服务宗旨是以患者为中心,有效利用互联网+医疗、医院门诊HIS数 据库,发现患者就医流程中存在的问题,设计优化方案,充分为患者服务,提高 患者的就医体验,缓解患者“看病难”的现象,在提升患者满意度就医的同时提 升医院医务工作者的工作效率。 关键词:设施布置 门诊科室布局 从至表试验法 相对关系布置法 II Abstract As hospitals’ requirements for medical services continue to increase, medical issues have always been a hot spot in today’s society. The quality of outpatient services directly affects patients’ first impression of the hospital. Therefore, a smooth, convenient and efficient medical process is essential. Most public hospitals suffer from complicated outpatient procedures and low patient satisfaction. Due to the hospital system and mechanism problems, the hospital management concept is backward and the management method is extensive. Strengthening the construction of hospital outpatient services and improving the quality and efficiency of outpatient services are of great significance to the development of my country's medical industry. First of all, based on the research of facility layout theory, this paper collects the layout drawings of each floor of the outpatient department of Tianjin ZL Hospital, and describes and analyzes the departments of each floor. Through the outpatient database to collect the proportion of initial return visits, the proportion of patients’ age, and the number of registered patients, analyze the main 20 cases of patients in ZL Hospital, summarize the process of each case, the path of the department and the distance moved, draw and describe each disease Kind of process. According to the current situation of the layout of hospital facilities, based on the from-to-table test method and the relative relationship layout method, the problems in the layout design are analyzed and optimization research is carried out. The service tenet of the hospital is to take the patient as the center, make full use of big data, Internet and other information technology to design effective optimization schemes, which can provide the people with fast and efficient medical services, alleviate the "difficult to see a doctor" phenomenon, and improve patients' medical treatment.
