随着我国混合所有制改革的推进，改革实践中遇到了诸多瓶颈与阻力，民企参与国 企混合所有制改革（简称：国企混改）的动力不足。分享经济作为一种新型经济模式， 其核心理念为“共享共赢”，对推动产权制度变革和国企混改有着重要意义。本文主要 围绕我国民企参与国企混改动力不足的这一问题展开研究。首先，分析国企混合所有制 改革的现状，总结出民企参与国企混改的动力因素与制约因素。其次，结合国内外分享 经济的发展历程，剖析分享经济的核心特征，并提出中国特色社会主义新时代分享经济 的新内涵，挖掘分享经济和民企参与国企混改的契合点。再次，从显性动力与隐性动力 两个层面提出分享经济对民企参与国企混改的动力因素，构建分享经济下民企参与国企 混改的动力因素对企业效率的影响机理模型。然后，选取2013-2018年A股国有混企上 市公司的数据，运用结构方程模型进行实证研究，探寻影响企业效率的关键因素。实证 结果显示，企业诚信文化、资源合理配置、股权共享、收益共享（管理层持股、管理层 薪酬）与企业效率有着显著的正相关关系。其中，提升国有混企效率的关键动力依次是 资源合理配置、企业诚信文化、企业产权协同。从企业产权协同的维度来看，股权共享 与收益共享对企业效率的影响突出，其中股权共享是主导因素，其次是管理层持股，最 后是管理层薪酬。实现国有资本、民营资本、人力资本等三大产权主体的共享发展，对 提升国有混企效率起着重要作用。最后，结合实证结果，提出具有中国特色的分享经济 促进民企参与国企混改的政策建议，以期为政府推动分享经济发展、深化国企改革和企 业家参与混改提供决策参考。 关键词：分享经济；国企；民企；混合所有制改革；动力因素 --ii Abstract WiththepromotionofthereformofmixedownershipinChina,therearemany bottlenecksandobstaclesinthepracticeofreform.Privateenterprisesarelackofmotivation toparticipateinthereformofmixedownershipinstate-ownedenterprises.Asanew economicmodel,thecoreideaofsharingeconomyis"sharingandwin-win",whichisof greatsignificancetopromotethereformofpropertyrightssystemandthereformofmixed ownershipofstate-ownedenterprises.Thispaperfocusesonthelackofmotivationforprivate enterprisestoparticipateinthereformofmixedownershipofstate-ownedenterprises.Firstof all,thispaperanalyzesthecurrentsituationofthereformofstate-ownedenterprises'mixed ownership,andsummarizesthedrivingfactorsandconstraintsofprivateenterprises' participationinthereformofstate-ownedenterprises'mixedownership.Secondly,combined withthedevelopmentprocessofsharingeconomyathomeandabroad,thispaperanalyzesthe corecharacteristicsofsharingeconomy,putsforwardthenewconnotationofsharing economyintheneweraofsocialismwithChinesecharacteristics,andclarifiestheinternal logicalrelationshipbetweensharingeconomyandprivateenterprises'participationinthe reformofmixedownershipofstate-ownedenterprises.Thirdly,fromthetwolevelsofexplicit powerandimplicitpower,thepaperputsforwardthepowerfactorsofsharingeconomyfor privateenterprisestoparticipateinthemixedownershipreformofstate-ownedenterprises, andconstructstheinfluencemechanismmodelofthepowerfactorsofprivateenterprisesto participateinthemixedownershipreformofstate-ownedenterprisesonenterpriseefficiency underthesharingeconomy.Then,selectthedataofA-sharemixedownershiplisted companiesin2013-2018,andusethestructuralequationmodeltoexplorethekeyfactors affectingtheEnterpriseefficiencyofmixedownershipenterprises.Theempiricalresultsshow thatthereisasignificantpositivecorrelationbetweenEnterpriseefficiencyandcorporate integrityculture,rationalallocationofresources,equitysharing,revenuesharing (Managementshareholding,managementcompensation).Amongthem,thekeydrivingforces fortheimprovementoftheEnterpriseefficiencyofthemixedownershipenterprisesarethe rationalallocationofresources,thecorporateintegrityculture,andthesynergyofcorporate propertyrights.Fromtheperspectiveofenterprisepropertyrightscoordination,theimpactof equitysharingandrevenuesharingonEnterpriseefficiencyisprominent,inwhichequity sharingistheleadingfactor,followedbymanagementshareholding,andfinallymanagement compensation.Therealizationoftheshareddevelopmentofstate-ownedcapitalproperty --iii rights,privatecapitalpropertyrightsandhumancapitalpropertyrightsplaysan importantroleinimprovingtheefficiencyofmixedownershipenterprises.Finally,combined withtheempiricalresults,thepaperputsforwardthepolicyrecommendationsofsharing economywithChinesecharacteristicstopromoteprivateenterprisestoparticipateinthe reformofmixedownershipofstate-ownedenterprises,inordertoprovidedecision-making referenceforthegovernmenttopromotethedevelopmentofsharingeconomy,deepenthe reformofstate-ownedenterprisesandentrepreneurstoparticipateinthereformofmixed ownership.Then,selectthedataofA-sharemixedownershiplistedcompaniesin2013-2018, andusethestructuralequationmodeltoexplorethekeyfactorsaffectingtheEnterprise efficiencyofmixedownershipenterprises.Theempiricalresultsshowthatthereisa significantpositivecorrelationbetweenEnterpriseefficiencyandcorporateintegrityculture, rationalallocationofresources,equitysharing,revenuesharing(Managementshareholding, managementcompensation).Amongthem,thekeydrivingforcesfortheimprovementofthe Enterpriseefficiencyofthemixedownershipenterprisesaretherationalallocationof resources,thecorporateintegrityculture,andthesynergyofcorporatepropertyrights.From theperspectiveofenterprisepropertyrightscoordination,theimpactofequitysharingand revenuesharingonEnterpriseefficiencyisprominent,inwhichequitysharingistheleading factor,followedbymanagementshareholding,andfinallymanagementcompensation.The
