II 论文题目:基于双因素理论的杏子川采油厂机关员工激励研究 专业:工商管理 硕士生:李延存(签名) 导师:司训练(签名) 摘要 随着新能源的出现,石油行业的发展并不乐观,因此迫切需要在杏子川采油厂内部 树立起人才是企业最宝贵财富的理念,改革企业人才培养使用制度,培养塑造一批优秀、 专业的机关人才队伍。而如何改善和优化机关员工激励制度,重新激活杏子川采油厂人 力资源管理,通过兼顾公平效率、切实有效的人力资源管理来促进杏子川采油厂在行业 改革新形势下保持稳定发展,是本文的最终诉求点。 本文以延长石油旗下杏子川采油厂为研究对象,在简要介绍杏子川采油厂的基本情 况以及对杏子川采油厂人力资源现状进行分析的基础上,采取问卷调查的方式,对其机 关员工激励现状作了深入调查分析,基于杏子川采油厂在现行机关员工岗位激励、薪酬 激励、绩效考核激励、教育培训激励以及企业文化激励等方面存在的问题,并基于双因 素理论对其机关员工激励制度进行优化设计,从总体思路、主要内容、激励方式与激励 措施等各个方面着手,探讨杏子川采油厂机关员工激励的优化建议。最后,结合杏子川 采油厂的实际情况,提出了一系列机关员工激励制度实施的具体保障措施。 本文结合作者在杏子川采油厂的工作实践展开分析和研究,具有较强的针对性和实 用性,在努力为杏子川采油厂解决实际问题的同时,也希望为全国同类型的众多石油企 业机关员工激励管理优化改善,促进其用工分配制度改革能结合行业和自身的特点取得 新的进展提供一些参考。 关键词:杏子川采油厂;机关员工;激励措施;双因素理论 论文类型:应用研究 英文摘要 III Subject:Researchonemployeeincentiveinxingzichuanoilproductionplantbasedon two-factortheory Speciality:Businessadministration Name:LiYancun(signature) Instructor:SiXunlian(signature) ABSTRACT Withtheemergenceofnewenergy,thedevelopmentoftheoilindustryisnotoptimistic,so itisurgenttoestablishtheideathattalentsarethemostvaluablewealthofenterpriseswithin xingzichuanoilproductionplant,reformthesystemoftalentcultivationanduse,andcultivate andshapeanumberofexcellentandprofessionalpersonnelteam.Howtoimproveand optimizetheincentivesystemforemployees,reactivatethehumanresourcemanagementof xingzichuanoilproductionplant,andpromotethestabledevelopmentofxingzichuanoil productionplantunderthenewsituationofindustrialreformthroughthefairandeffective humanresourcemanagementarethefinalappealsofthispaper.
