青海省新型农业经营主体带头人 自我发展能力研究 中文摘要 在全面打赢脱贫攻坚战、推动乡村振兴背景下,新型农业经营主体作为青 海省产业脱贫的重要支撑,受到政府大力支持,而作为“领头雁”的新型农业 经营主体带头人在新型农业经营主体发展中至关重要。本文基于扎根理论研究 方法,通过面对面深入访谈获取56份新型农业经营主体带头人的第一手资料, 借助专业质性分析软件Nvivo12.0对原始资料进行编码分析,深入挖掘并提炼 出新型农业经营主体带头人发展的关键能力,构建了新型农业经营主体带头人 发展能力初始模型。同时反复回顾带头人典型案例的深度访谈资料,对带头人 的个性特质、基本能力及在经营新型农业经营主体过程中带头人遇到的主要问 题与障碍进行编码举例说明。在此基础上设计调研问卷,对带头人自我发展能 力模型进行信效度检验,并对初始模型进行修正和完善。本文遵循“理论-分析 -策略”的思路研究青海省新型农业经营主体带头人自我发展能力,在质性与定 量研究的基础上,构建了青海省新型农业经营主体带头人自我发展能力模型, 并提出了面向带头人个人及政府两个层面的建议,旨在为提升新型农业经营主 体带头人自我发展能力、促进新型农业经营主体规范健康持续发展、助力脱贫 攻坚推进乡村振兴提供借鉴。最后对本文的研究结果进行总结,找出本文研究 存在的不足并展望未来的研究方向。 关键词:新型农业经营主体,带头人,自我发展能力,扎根理论 青海大学硕士学位论文Abstract RESEARCHONSELF-DEVELOPMENTCAPACITY OFTHELEADEROFQINGHAINEWAGRICULTURAL MANAGEMENTPRINCIPAL Abstract Underthebackgroundofcomprehensivelywinningthebattleofpoverty alleviationandpromotingtherevitalizationofruralareas,asanimportantsupport fortheindustrialpovertyalleviationinQinghaiProvince,thenewagricultural managementprincipalisstronglysupportedbythegovernment.Astheleaderofthe newagriculturalmanagementprincipal,theleaderisveryimportantinthe developmentofthenewagriculturalmanagementprincipal.Basedontheresearch methodofgroundedtheory,thispaperobtains56first-handinterviewmaterialsof leadersofnewagriculturalmanagementprincipalsthroughface-to-facein-depth interviews,analyzestheoriginalmaterialsbyusingtheprofessionalqualitative analysissoftwareNvivo12.0,deeplyexcavatesandextractsthekeyabilityofthe developmentofleadersofnewagriculturalmanagementprincipals,andconstructs thedevelopmentabilityofleadersofnewagriculturalmanagementprincipalsinitial model.Atthesametime,thein-depthinterviewdataoftypicalcasesofleadersare reviewedrepeatedly,andthepersonalitycharacteristics,keyabilitiesofleadersand themainproblemsandobstaclesencounteredbyleadersintheprocessofmanaging newagriculturalbusinessentitiesareillustratedwithcodingexamples.Onthisbasis, aquestionnairewasdesignedtotestthereliabilityandvalidityoftheleader's self-developmentabilitymodel,andtheinitialmodelwasmodifiedandimproved.
