随着工业经济的不断发展与国家政策的大力支持,我国工业化水平在改革开 放的四十年时间里得到了快速的发展,逐渐实现了工业自动化,现在正在向工业 4.0的目标迈进。工业的发展离不开电气传动部件,RC电气公司借着工业的快速 发展与国家政策的大力扶持,开始了初创公司的慢慢征程。经过这几年的发展 RC电气公司有了一定的市场基础,但是很多问题依然面临着必须尽快解决的关 口,才能使公司持续经营并能实现盈利,为工业化发展贡献一份力量。比如人才 管理、财务管理、公司整体战略等,这些因素日趋成为RC电气公司向前发展的 必经之路,也亟待给出答案。RC电气公司希望能在河北区域之市场占领一席之 地,希望能随着国家一带一路政策的发展实施,为沿途的友好合作国家的发展做 一些贡献。因此,深入的去研究RC电气公司的战略选择,对公司的进一步成长 和发展有重要意义。 本论文运用 PEST、五力模型等工具分析了RC电气有限公司所处的行业特征 和宏观环境,找出了企业与行业环境、产业链上下游之间的契合点及矛盾点。在 此基础上对RC电气有限公司的内部环境和外部环境进行了SWOT 分析。 通过SWOT分析,分别明确了公司发展面临的行业发展势头平稳向好、国家 政策大力支持等4项外部机遇,行业趋同化严重、资金链紧绷、劳动力成本大幅 提高等4项外部威胁,高品质的产品、公司内部凝聚力强、拥有忠实的客户群体 及越来越大的客户群体、企业认知度逐渐提高等4项内部优势,公司流程不太正 规、公司培训及培养新人的机制不够健全、缺乏专业技术人员的支撑等5项内部 劣势,通过以上四个方面比对组合,确定了中短期和长期的发展目标和路径选择, 进一步明确了总体战略和基本竞争战略,详细叙述了各职能战略,并从中短期和 长期两个维度,业务开拓、组织建设、管理水平提升、人才建设、转型升级等六 个层面,对整个战略的实施阶段提出了具体有效的保障措施,确保RC电气有限 公司能够抓住行业机遇,发挥比较优势,尽快弥补短板,实现健康、可持续发展, 也为其他中小企业及类似的经销商企业的发展提供参考价值。 关键词:工业电气;价值链;SWOT分析;发展战略 II Abstract With the continuous development of industrial economy and the strong support of national policies, China's industrialization level has developed rapidly in the 40 years of reform and opening up, gradually realizing industrial automation, and is now moving towards the goal of industry 4.0. The development of industry can not be separated from the electrical transmission components. RC Electric Company has started the slow journey of start-up companies with the rapid development of industry and the strong support of national policies. After several years of development, RC Electric Company has a certain market base, but many problems still face the threshold that must be solved as soon as possible in order to make the Company continue to operate and make profits and contribute to the development of industrialization. For example, talent management, financial management and the company's overall strategy, these factors have become the only way for RC Electric Company to move forward and need to be answered urgently. RC Electric Company hopes to occupy a place in the Hebei regional market and makes some contributions to the development of friendly and cooperatives countries along the way with the implementation of the national the belt and road initiative policy. Therefore, it is of great significance for the company's further growth and development to study the strategic choice of RC Electric Company in depth. This paper analyzes the industry characteristics and macro-environment of RC Electric Co., Ltd. by using PEST and Wuli model, and finds out the points of agreement and contradiction between enterprises and industry environment, and between the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain. On this basis, SWOT analysis has been carried out on the internal and external environment of RC electric co., ltd. Through SWOT analysis, four external opportunities for the company's development, such as steady and good momentum of industry development and strong support from national policies, four external threats such as serious convergence of industries, tight capital chains and greatly increased labor costs, four internal advantages such as high-quality products, strong internal cohesion of the company, loyal customer groups and growing customer groups, and gradually increased awareness of the company, five internal disadvantages such as irregular company III processes, inadequate training and training mechanisms for new people, and lack of support from professional and technical personnel, has been identified through comparison and combination of the above four aspects.
