I 摘要 薪酬管理是企业人力资源管理的一项核心内容,它关系到员工根本利益, 更关系到企业战略的顺利实施。薪酬管理工作作为酒店行业的一个重要事项,关 乎着酒店未来的发展预期。因此,如何提高员工效率,优化薪酬体系成为酒店人力 资源管理的重点所在。 本文选取七天连锁NCNZ店作为研究案例,主要通过分析酒店的薪酬体系 现状及存在的问题,结合国内外已有的相关理论及研究成果,制定出一套可促 进企业内部激励有效性提升及外部竞争力强化的薪酬体系,期望笔者所做的研 究及得出的结论可为类似酒店薪酬体系的构建及优化提供有效借鉴。 全文共划分成五个章节,第一章为导论,主要阐述论文研究背景、研究意 义、研究方法及国内外研究现状;第二章为介绍薪酬与薪酬体系相关理论。第 三章主要是对NCNZ酒店进行介绍,并详细阐述其的薪酬体系现状及存在的问 题;第四章是针对第三章节提及的NCNZ酒店的薪酬管理存在的问题,提出相 应的改进策略;第五部分是新的薪酬体系实施的障碍和保障措施,怎样能够保 障新的薪酬体系的实施;第六部分是结论与展望。 本文以七天连锁NCNZ店为研究对象,应用问卷调查法、对比分析法、统 计法等多种方式联合的模式挖掘酒店薪酬体系现阶段存在的问题,并分析问题 成因,制定有效的改进措施,使得改进后的薪酬体系可更好的促进NCNZ发展。 关键词:薪酬管理;薪酬体系;核心竞争力;七天连锁酒店 Abstract II ABSTRACT Salary management is a core content of human resource management, which is related to the fundamental interests of employees and the smooth implementation of enterprise strategy. As an important issue in the hotel industry, compensation management is related to the future development of the hotel. Therefore, how to improve the efficiency of employees and optimize the salary system has become the focus of human resource management in hotels. Through the case study of seven day chain ncnz, this paper analyzes the current situation of the hotel's salary system and its existing problems, and designs a set of internal incentive and external competitive salary system based on the research status at home and abroad, as well as the existing theoretical knowledge and practice. It is hoped that the research conclusions of this paper can provide a reference for similar chain hotel's salary system management Theory and practice. The full text is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is an introduction, which mainly explains the research background, research significance, research methods, and research status at home and abroad. The second chapter introduces the related theories of salary and salary system. The third chapter mainly introduces the NCNZ hotel, and elaborates the current status and existing problems of its compensation system. The fourth chapter is to propose the corresponding improvement strategies for the problems of the NCNZ hotel's compensation management mentioned in the third chapter. The fifth part is the obstacles and guarantee measures for the implementation of the new salary system, how can it ensure the implementation of the new salary system; the sixth part is the conclusion and prospect.
