SC 公司新产品开发流程优化研究 新产品开发流程,在企业的整个业务发展流程中占据重要部分。随着社会主义经 济的进步和快速发展,整个中国和世界经济都逐步趋于一体化。因此,从经济发展的 格局分布来看,外商投资在国外建立研发中心和生产基地这是必然趋势。但如何考虑 和确保外资企业现有的开发流程,在其他国家正常运转,毕竟区域不同,文化观念也 不同,这是一个值得关注的问题。SC 公司是一家韩资企业在中国苏州建立的计算机整 机及相关产品研发、生产为一体化的制造型企业。SC 公司承担了总部大部分产品的基 础设计和生产任务。研究和改善公司新产品的开发流程,对于 SC 公司的经营和战略发 展起着很重要的帮助。 本论文结合产品开发流程优化的基本原理和方法,细致分析了 SC 公司在新产品开 发流程中现有的状况,并阐述了在产品开发流程中各阶段存在的主要问题。SC 公司新 产品开发流程从产品调研及构思阶段开始,到新产品开发设计阶段,再到新产品试生 产准备阶段,接着是产品试生产阶段,最后是新产品量产阶段,本论文预计从这五个 方面着手进行逐步分析。 经过一系列的深入研究和问题分析,抽丝剥茧,让 SC 公司新产品的开发流程逐渐 清晰明了,要清楚哪些是非增值的流程,哪些是流程中的核心业务,非增值的流程清 除,核心的流程标准化,并且要调整产品开发流程中的增值活动,给公司创造效益。 通过各项方案的实施验证,并制定了相关的优化后方案保障措施,进一步为新产品流 程优化保驾护航。本研究将对 SC 公司后续新产品的开发有一定的指导作用。 关键词: 新产品开发,企业投资,流程优化,标准化摘要 1 Abstract Research on New Product RD Process Improvement of SC Company New product development process plays an important role in the whole business development process of an enterprise. With the development of economy, the whole world is an economic community. Therefore, in the long run, it is an inevitable trend for foreign enterprises to invest in establishing R & D centers and production bases abroad. However, how to consider and ensure the current development process of foreign-funded enterprises to operate normally in other countries, after all, different regions and cultural concepts are different, which is a problem worthy of study. SC company is a Korean enterprise established in Suzhou, China, which is a manufacturing enterprise integrating R & D and production of complete computer and related products. SC Company undertakes the basic design and production tasks of most products of the headquarters. The research and improvement of new product development process is very important for SC Company’s operation and strategic development. Based on the basic principles and methods of product development process optimization, this paper analyzes the current situation of SC company in new product development process, and expounds the main problems in each stage of product development process. The new product development process of SC company starts from the stage of product research and conception, to the stage of new product development and design, to the stage of new product development and trial production preparation, to the stage of new product development and trial production, and finally to the stage of new product mass production. This paper is expected to start from these five aspects for gradual analysis. After a series of in-depth research and problem analysis, the development process of SC Company’s new products is gradually clear, which are non value-added processes, which are the core business in the process, non value-added process removal, core process standardization, and to adjust the value-added activities in the product development process to create benefits for the摘要 2 company?
