以BIM为基础的工程数字技术,正在重塑建筑、建筑企业以及建筑 行业。数字化转型是传统建筑企业的必经之路。D公司作为T集团内部 的专业设计单位,一方面面临自身业务持续增长的困境,同时担负引领 集团数字化转型的重任。经过近十年的数字化业务探索,D公司数字化 业务已取得长足发展,形成了具有自身特色的多个产品与服务方案,具 有专门的技术优势,数字化业务发展势头良好。与此同时,也面临着进 一步的技术创新能力不足、业务拓展方向不明晰等问题。 本文以工程数字化技术创新为主线,沿着技术—产品—业务—市场 脉络,深入分析D公司技术、产品、业务与市场情况,通过问卷调查找 寻D公司技术创新能力不足的问题根源,通过矩阵工具的使用探究D公 司现阶段所处的位置以及业务拓展的路径,进而提出D公司工程数字化 技术创新举措和数字化业务拓展建议。 全文分为五个部分。第一部分阐述了数字化、数字化技术以及技术 创新概念与理论;第二部分深入分析D公司技术创新动因、要素和能 力,探寻D公司技术创新能力不足的原因;第三部分重点分析D公司现 有产品品类和定位以及产品的优势与劣势;第四部分深入分析D公司现 有业务结构与组合,以及竞争对手、客户与市场分布情况;第五部分从 技术、产品、业务与市场的关联关系入手,提出D公司工程数字化技术 创新举措和数字化业务拓展建议。 本文对于同类的建筑工程设计咨询公司实施工程数字化技术创新与 业务拓展研究具有一定的参考作用。 关键词:工程数字化,BIM,技术创新,业务拓展 RESEARCH ON D COMPANY'S BUSINESS EXPANSION BASED ON ENGINEERING DIGITIZATION ECHNOLOGY INNOVATION ABSTRACT Engineering digital technology based BIM is reshaping buildings, construction enterprises and construction industry. Digital transformation is the only way for traditional construction enterprises. As a professional design unit within T Group, D Company is facing the dilemma of its own business growth, while shouldering the responsibility of leading the group's digital transformation. After nearly ten years of digital business exploration, D company's digital business has made great progress, formed a number of products and services with their own characteristics, with special technical advantages, digital business development momentum is good. At the same time, it is also facing the problems of further lack of technological innovation capability and unclear idea of business expansion. This paper takes engineering digital technology innovation as the main line, along the technology-product-business-market context, dicusses technology, product, business and market conditions of D company deeply, and through the use of questionnaires to find out the root causes of insufficient technological innovation capability of D company, through the use of matrix tools to explore the position of D company at this stage and find out business development path. Then put forward D company's engineering digital technology innovation measures and digital business expansion proposals. The full text is divided into five parts. The first part elaborates the concepts and theories of digitization, digital technology innovation; the second part analyzes the motives, elements and capabilities of technological innovation of D company, and explores the reasons for the lack of technological innovation capability of D company; the third part focuses on the analysis of the existing product categories and positioning of D company, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of products. The fourth part deeply analyzes the existing business structure and combination of D company, and competitors, customers and market distribution. The fifth part starts with the relationship between technology, product, business and market, and puts forward the innovation measures and digital business development proposals of D company. This paper has a certain reference value for similar architectural engineering design consulting companies to carry out the research on digital technology innovation and business development.
