党的十九大报告中明确提出“就业是我国目前最大的民生”,“要坚持就业优先 战略和积极就业政策,实现更高质量和更充分就业”。大学生作为国家现代化建设的 生力军和接班人,大学生就业不仅是个人问题,也是社会发展问题。大学生就业不仅 事关每名学生和其家庭的实际利益,而且与国家的现代化建设和社会发展的和谐稳定 息息相关。因此,大学生就业已然成为了社会关注的重点问题之一。但是,随着高等 教育的大众化发展,就业难及就业质量问题越发成为社会关注的热点,尤其是民办高 校毕业生“就业难,难就业”的问题与公办高校相比更加突出。从而,如何提高民办 高校毕业生的就业质量日益成为民办高校和社会迫切关注,并亟待解决的重要课题。 本文在对民办高校本科毕业生就业质量现状综合分析的基础上,通过德尔菲法, 确定了评价民办高校本科毕业生就业质量的指标,运用层次分析法计算指标权重,编 制了就业质量评分表。以西安翻译学院为对象进行实证分析,主要从人力资本投资的 角度分析影响民办高校本科毕业生就业质量的个体因素,继而进一步提出针对民办高 校本科毕业生就业质量的提升对策。 关键词:民办高校本科毕业生就业质量影响因素对策建议 II ABSTRACT Thereportofthe19thCPCnationalcongressclearlypointsoutthatemploymentis China'slargestlivelihood.Weshouldadheretothestrategyofgivingtoppriorityto employmentandthepolicyofactiveemployment,promotemulti-channelemploymentfor collegegraduates,andstrivetoachievehigherqualityandfullemploymentforcollege graduates.Asafreshforceandsuccessorofnationalmodernization,collegestudents' employmentisnotonlyapersonalissue,butalsoasocialdevelopmentissue.The employmentofcollegestudentsnotonlyconcernsthepracticalinterestsofeachstudentand hisfamily,butalsoiscloselyrelatedtothemodernizationofthecountryandtheharmony andstabilityofsocialdevelopment.Therefore,theemploymentofcollegestudentshas becomeoneofthekeyissuesofsocialconcern.However,withthepopulardevelopmentof highereducation,thedifficultyofemploymentandthequalityofemploymenthavebecome moreandmorehotissuesofsocialconcern.Especially,theproblemof"difficult employmentanddifficultemployment"ofprivatecollegegraduatesismoreprominentthan thatofpublicuniversities.Therefore,howtoimprovetheemploymentqualityofprivate collegegraduateshasbecomeanimportantissueurgentlyconcernedbyprivatecolleges andthesociety. Basedonthecomprehensiveanalysisofthecurrentemploymentqualityofprivate universitygraduates,thispaperdeterminestheemploymentqualityindexofprivate universitygraduatesthroughDelphimethod,calculatestheindexweightbyahp,and compilestheemploymentqualityassessmenttable.Takingxi'antranslationcollegeasthe objectforempiricalanalysis,thispapermainlyanalyzestheindividualfactorsaffectingthe employmentqualityofprivateuniversitygraduatesfromtheperspectiveofhumancapital investment,andthenfurtherproposestheimprovementmeasuresfortheemployment qualityofprivateuniversitygraduates.
