潜油电泵是目前国内海上主要的采油设备,由于海上修井作业难度大、费用高,如果潜 油电泵机组故障频繁造成修井,会大幅提升维修成本,所以提升潜油电泵机组质量具有十分 重要的意义。另外,目前伴随市场经济快速发展,企业间竞争从价格竞争逐渐转化为质量竞 争,产品质量成为了生产制造型企业的命脉。产品质量提升成为生产制造型企业的核心竞争 力。 本文以JC公司潜油电泵产品质量管理为研究对象,运用全面质量管理理论及产品全生 命周期质量管理理论,结合潜油电泵企业质量管理实践,发现企业质量管理还存在一些问题: 企业质量管理体系标准化、系统性有待完善,潜油电泵产品寿命距离预期有待提升,员工对 于公司质量管理参与度不够。 本文针对以上问题,重新梳理企业质量管理体系,引入API Q1标准,与原ISO 9001标 准并轨运行,重新优化制定了企业质量管理体系,使企业质量管理体系标准化、系统化。通 过机采一体化数据库建立,将数据库运用于潜油电泵产品的全生命周期管理,提升产品使用 寿命。参考全面质量管理理论,提出在企业内部全面实施QC小组活动,充分发动员工进行 质量改进。建立互检机制,加强质量事件管理,通过制度推动全员参与质量管理。并在企业 内部展开零缺陷质量管理培训、宣传工作,建立“零缺陷”质量文化。最后本文对优化措施 进行预期效果评估,肯定了优化措施的可行性。 关键词:质量管理 潜油电泵 API 机采一体化 参与式管理 Abstract Electric submersible pumps are currently the main offshore oil production equipment in China. Due to the difficulty and high cost of offshore workover operations, if frequent submersible pump unit failures cause workovers, maintenance costs will be greatly shown however including following years these certain times originally, so the quality of submersible electric pump units will be improved. Has very important economic significance. In addition, China’s market economy has developed rapidly in recent years, competition between enterprises has gradually transformed from price competition to quality competition, and product quality has become the lifeblood of manufacturing enterprises. Product quality improvement has become the core competitiveness of manufacturing enterprises. In this paper, we take JC company as the research object, apply total quality management theory and product life cycle quality management theory, and combine the quality management practices of submersible electric pump enterprises to find that there are still some problems in enterprise quality management: the company has no standardized standards in terms of quality management, submersible electric pump product life is short, employees' participation in the company's quality management is not enough. Focusing on these issues, this article reorganizes the enterprise quality management system, introduces the API Q1 standard, runs in tandem with the original ISO 9001 standard, re-optimizes the establishment of the enterprise quality management system, and standardizes and systematically organizes the enterprise quality management system. The establishment of an integrated database of machine and mining, and the application of the database to the full life cycle management of submersible electric pump products to improve product life. With reference to the theory of total quality management, it is proposed to fully implement QC team activities within the enterprise and fully mobilize employees for quality improvement. Each process is required to check each other and form a system, strengthen quality incident management, and promote the participation of all employees in quality management through the system. And carry out zero-defect quality management training and publicity work within the enterprise to establish a "zero-defect" quality culture. Finally, this article validates the optimization measures and confirms the feasibility of the optimization measures.
