新时代的建筑领域,在设计、结构以及技术方面实现了新的突破,特别是面对复 杂建筑结构大型建筑工程项目的挑战过程中,需要综合运用信息化手段,引入概念和 相关技术建立全新的建筑项目管理工作平台,不仅仅是狭义上的建筑模型,而是通过 建筑全生命周期的思想管理建筑过程中的设计、施工和运维全过程要素,同时能够实 现多方参与者的数据共享和协同工作,在提升建筑项目管理效率的同时,能够进一步 的增强团队之间的信息共享以及协作水平。特别是在建筑结构复杂、机电安装交叉作 业较多以及构建尺寸多样化的电子工业厂房的建筑项目中,能够充分发挥BIM技术 的核心优势。 本论文首先阐述了课题研究的背景,通过文献研究的手段,对于国内外BIM技 术的理论概念、信息化产品以及信息化应用进行综合性的处理和总结,为本例中的 BIM技术应用提供较为全面的参考。接着,从理论角度入手对工程项目管理、BIM技 术及应用、工业厂房施工特征进行分析;通过阐述BIM的概念,揭示BIM技术与方 法的特点,总结BIM技术与方法在实际工程项目管理中的应用价值。然后论文对合 肥京东方公司微电子厂房机电安装工程项目BIM管理现状进行客观分析与诊断,剖 析了我公司机电安装工程项目BIM技术与方法应用方案中存在的问题和不足。论文 结合BIM技术及方法在工程管理中的具体应用方式和深度开发路径,在合肥京东方 公司微电子厂房机电安装工程项目现有BIM应用项目管理实施方案的基础上,系统 梳理BIM技术及方法应用的基本理念、设计思想、应用方式、操作方法等基本思路 和实现途径,对该项目BIM技术应用方案从暖通空调系统、给排水管道系统、强弱 电系统、气体动力系统及工艺排风系统等方面进行了较为全面的补充、改进和完善; 并从工程量核定、成本费用支出、进度计划与控制、管理运行效果等方面开展了BIM 应用方案改进前后实现效果的具体对比分析,通过定性和定量分析相结合的方法对改 进方案进行综合评估,充分验证项目改进方案的现实效果。最后紧密结合项目BIM技 术与方法应用改进方案实施过程中的相关问题,从BIM系统的二次开发、BIM系统 与其他应用系统的有效集成、BIM应用典型模块库的构建、BIM应用管理效率的改善 等方面,有针对性地提出了具体可操作性的对策与建议。 关键字:工业厂房,BIM技术,方案改进,效果评估 III ABSTRACT With modern construction industry globalization, urbanization and sustainable development, we face the construction efficiency, informatization construction, architectural modeling function is becoming more and more complicated problems of multiple challenges, and BIM building information model as a new thing for the construction industry provides a new platform, BIM is not just a model, it is also a kind of idea, is full of construction project life cycle of a kind of management method and thoughts, it provides visualization of 3 d model, a powerful information database, and collaborative work platform, for construction project design, construction and operation efficiency are a lot of ascension. In recent years, the development of bim-based construction project process management conforms to the current production and operation status and development requirements of the current construction industry, especially for those electronic industrial plant construction projects with greater technical difficulties, complex processes, multiple cross-operations and diverse component sizes. This paper first describes the background of the research, systematically combs and analyzes the application status of BIM technology in mechanical and electrical installation projects at home and abroad, and summarizes the advanced experience of foreign countries to lay a foundation and provide a basis for better application of BIM technology in the management of mechanical and electrical installation projects. Then, the paper elaborates and analyzes the basic concepts and basic theories involved in the research process, such as the characteristics of clean room, BIM technology, mechanical and electrical installation project of clean plant, etc. By expounding the concept of BIM, the characteristics of BIM technology and method are revealed, and the application value of BIM technology and method in practical project management is summarized. Then this paper objectively analyzes and diagnoses the current situation of BIM management in the electromechanical installation project of the electronic workshop of BOE Hefei company, and analyzes the problems and deficiencies in the BIM technology and method application scheme of the company's electromechanical installation project. Combined with BIM technology and method in the application of project management mode and the depth development path, in BOE Hefei company electronic workshop mechanical and electrical installation project existing BIM application project management implementation, on the IV basis of a systematic BIM technology and method of application of the basic concept, design idea, application method, operation methods, such as basic ideas and implementation approaches, on the project application of BIM technology solutions from the hvac system, water supply and drainage pipeline system, strong and weak electricity system, gas, power system and process exhaust system and so on has carried on the comprehensive supply, improve and perfect, In addition, specific comparison and analysis of the implementation effect before and after the improvement of BIM application scheme is carried out from the aspects of project quantity verification, cost expense, schedule planning and control, management and operation effect, etc., and comprehensive evaluation is conducted on the improvement scheme through the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis to fully verify the practical effect of the project improvement scheme. Combined closely with the final project improvement project of BIM technology and method application in the process of implementation of related issues, from the secondary development of BIM system, BIM system and other application systems effectively integrated, BIM module library building, typical BIM application aspects such as the improvement of the efficiency of management, puts forward the specific countermeasures and Suggestions of operability.
